    Dear @Ashvajit,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that there may be a configuration or process on your server that is automatically resetting WordPress transients, which in turn is overriding the filter we previously recommended. As a result, you may notice that certain patches reappear even after they have already been installed.

Please note that you can safely disregard reinstalling these patches, as they have already been applied. Additionally, we recommend updating your theme to the latest version, as it includes all the necessary patches by default. Once updated, the patch notifications should no longer appear.

If you wish to remove the “Patcher” menu item from the WordPress admin panel, you may consider installing our White Label Branding plugin. This tool allows you to customize the XStore Control Panel to better suit your preferences.

For more information, please refer to our documentation at the following link:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/white-label-branding-plugin/

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that browsers apply their own default styles, including colors for autofilled input fields, based on each browser’s configuration. However, you can override this behavior by adding the following CSS snippet to your theme:

Navigate to: Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS, and insert the code below:

    body[data-mode="dark"] input {
        color-scheme: dark;
    }

This should help ensure consistent styling for autofilled inputs in dark mode based on browser dark mode configuration styles.

    Kind regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear @Ashvajit,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we have activated several patches, and they are now correctly displayed as applied. If you have recently restored a backup, it is expected that the patches would be reset, as this process involves reverting your database to a previous version.

We kindly ask you to take a moment to verify that the patches are now properly shown as applied. Please also note that if a backup was created during a theme update, the patches may be reset as part of the standard functionality.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Tienda Vicortech,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to kindly inform you that detailed information regarding the functionality of our XStore Patcher is available in our official documentation at the following link:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/

We kindly ask that you review the article before submitting questions that may already be addressed in the documentation. Should you have any specific or additional inquiries, please do not hesitate to post them on our support forum — we will be happy to assist you further.

Regarding the LiteSpeed caching issue, we would appreciate it if you could clarify which specific settings you are attempting to enable. Additionally, you can manually add CSS exclusions, as you have previously done for the following strings:
    https://prnt.sc/n4Qg_Jv7qVqs

To better assist you, please provide us with the following:
    – Screenshots of the issue as it appears on your site’s frontend when the “Hard” method of LiteSpeed cache is activated.
    – Screenshots showing the exact location of the relevant settings within the plugin configuration.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @mkwong,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note that the templates are not being displayed because they are currently created as “Page” type (https://prnt.sc/xS_0L7m7M3Pm) instead of the required “Section” type (https://prnt.sc/lSpzAztxOMGE).

To enhance the functionality of popups, we recommend implementing them in the following way:

    1. Add an element that includes a URL field, such as a button or image. Please see this example: https://prnt.sc/3MJnwTAAIpN0. Then, select the dynamic value “Popup” for the URL option.
    2. Choose the appropriate popup template: https://prnt.sc/ylfXXmqQSNxh.
    3. You can view the frontend result here: https://gyazo.com/126cfae63958e923c7605a34d4c157c4.

Please note that the button style may appear differently on the frontend compared to the editor view (https://prnt.sc/vM872tC1AReC). This discrepancy is likely due to active CDN caching or other cache plugins on your website. We kindly suggest clearing all caches and checking the result again.

We have created the button using the updated method, so please review it and select the popup that best suits your needs.

    Dear @Saluja Shoes,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that, at this time, we do not see the specified widget added to your shop page (https://prnt.sc/LHoZKYqJq8Q4). Could you please confirm whether you have implemented it?

Additionally, please note that our Spotlight widget does not support the specific layout you are requesting. However, it is capable of displaying a carousel of categories based on the current query. You may refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/dYirzYCZCB3S. Dear @Terpsauce,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that when the page template is set to “Elementor Canvas” (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/WHp8EYjuhp_I), certain CSS files and structural elements are loaded directly from Elementor. Unfortunately, this configuration may result in some necessary files being omitted, which can affect the proper display of styles and colors on your website.

To resolve this issue, we have switched the template to “Blank” (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/LuAu7paqEL07). This template is provided by the theme and ensures that all required CSS and JavaScript files are properly loaded. As a result, the colors and overall appearance should now display correctly on your website (https://prnt.sc/2uZD5dTZ6HQt).

Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out.

At the moment, it is not possible to customize the colors of the AJAX search results through the available settings. However, we encourage you to submit your suggestion on our Feature Request Board: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. This platform allows us to track and prioritize new features based on customer interest and votes. If your request gains popularity among other users, we will consider implementing it in a future update of our Search widget. We aim to develop features that benefit the majority of our customers.

If you require specific customization for your website, you are welcome to submit a request through your account here: https://www.8theme.com/account. Dear @Saluja Shoes,

We kindly request that each new question be submitted as a separate topic. It appears that multiple questions are currently being combined within a single topic, which makes it difficult for our support team to efficiently track and respond to your latest inquiries. To ensure timely and accurate assistance, please create a new topic for each new question. Additionally, if the original issue for which a topic was created has been resolved, we kindly ask that you mark the topic as solved.

Regarding your most recent question, we suggest adding the “Spotlight Categories” widget in your Shop page editor (https://prnt.sc/8eobQLn9mWb1) and checking the results accordingly.

More details about using the Archive Products builder you can find on our theme’s documentation -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/.

As the initial issue raised in this topic has been resolved, we are marking this topic as solved.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have reviewed the issue while logged in with administrator credentials, but we were unable to replicate the problem. Additionally, we attempted to access the demo user account you previously provided via the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/gap-appeared-in-sticky-header-after-last-theme-update/#post-438541. However, it appears that the login credentials are no longer valid, and we are therefore unable to proceed with further testing.

If you would like us to investigate the issue using a customer account, we kindly ask that you provide updated and correct access credentials. Furthermore, please let us know the screen resolution and browser you are using for testing, as this information will help us better understand the issue.

Lastly, could you please confirm whether the code snippets we suggested in the following post have been implemented on the website you are testing? https://www.8theme.com/topic/gap-appeared-in-sticky-header-after-last-theme-update/#post-438570. If the fixes have not been applied, it is expected that the issue would still be present.

We hope this message finds you well.

If you are planning to use the XStore Products Archive Builder, tutorial is available at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/, we kindly suggest that you begin by testing the builder to determine whether the issue also be displayed with the Archive products widget for such builder provided by our theme.

If the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with FTP access, as it is currently unclear why the label is not being displayed as expected.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Additionally, we have observed that when using the parent theme, both the sale and regular prices are displayed for the product, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/vaI-xIXdD_rE. However, when using the child theme, only the sale price appears: https://prnt.sc/uoPysoqVvSyF. This discrepancy may be due to custom modifications or third-party plugins affecting the product price display.

We would be happy to investigate further once we have the necessary access and information.

    Dear @Niranjan Madhusanka,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your inquiry, we have identified that you are currently using the Elementor PRO plugin. It appears that certain features – such as the Mini Cart template (as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/gqsI9JIDZCYT) – are enabled based on the access level associated with your Elementor PRO license.

In this case, we kindly recommend reaching out directly to the Elementor PRO support team. They will be best equipped to assist you in locating the missing settings and clarifying how specific features are made available depending on your license level.

Once you receive a response from their support team, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share the outcome with us. This will help us better understand the situation and potentially assist other customers who may encounter similar issues in the future.

    Dear @Tommy,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly review the solution we have implemented on your website regarding the compatibility with the Germanized plugin?

Please find below the comparison screenshots for your reference:

    1. Before the product title: https://prnt.sc/hsD8TXvy2gWv
    – Elementor Products Widget: https://prnt.sc/RWp6RLl2bDhx
    – Default Shop Page (non-builder): https://prnt.sc/0ubFxMSvecCc

    2. After the product title: https://prnt.sc/5mUaDzRfRptp
    – Elementor Products Widget: https://prnt.sc/95yuHSdXAYlS
    – Default Shop Page (non-builder): https://prnt.sc/G7VpKHl3iblx

You are welcome to test other positions as well. This automatic solution utilizes custom hooks within our Product widgets for the Elementor builder. As a result, the product details from the Germanized plugin are now correctly displayed and inherit the appropriate positions as expected.

Could you please confirm whether this solution meets your requirements for compatibility with the Germanized plugin? If the current implementation is satisfactory, we will proceed to apply the same solution to our other widgets, including the Product List and Products Carousel widgets. At this stage, the update has only been applied to the Elementor Products Grid and Archive Products widgets.

We look forward to your feedback.

We hope this message finds you well.

The issue you encountered was due to the global link color settings configured in Elementor, which take precedence over individual widget settings. To resolve this, we made the necessary adjustments in the following files located in the et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/ directory:
