I can’t find the popup template I need in my saved template

I want to use the popup function, I created a popup template according to the need. But in actual use, I click the drop-down button, it shows nothing, what should I do, thank you.

2. Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

We kindly ask you to add the following code to your child theme’s functions.php file:

add_filter('etheme_autoscroll_single_tabs_on_mobile', '__return_false');

Once this has been added, please review the single product page on a mobile device. Kindly ensure that you clear your browser cache before checking.

We hope this resolves the issue. Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us – we are always happy to help.

Additionally, we are currently unable to connect to your FTP server. We kindly ask you to verify the access credentials you have provided. The details have been shared in the private area.

Please note that the templates are not being displayed because they are currently created as “Page” type (https://prnt.sc/xS_0L7m7M3Pm) instead of the required “Section” type (https://prnt.sc/lSpzAztxOMGE).

To enhance the functionality of popups, we recommend implementing them in the following way:

1. Add an element that includes a URL field, such as a button or image. Please see this example: https://prnt.sc/3MJnwTAAIpN0. Then, select the dynamic value “Popup” for the URL option.
2. Choose the appropriate popup template: https://prnt.sc/ylfXXmqQSNxh.
3. You can view the frontend result here: https://gyazo.com/126cfae63958e923c7605a34d4c157c4.

Please note that the button style may appear differently on the frontend compared to the editor view (https://prnt.sc/vM872tC1AReC). This discrepancy is likely due to active CDN caching or other cache plugins on your website. We kindly suggest clearing all caches and checking the result again.

We have created the button using the updated method, so please review it and select the popup that best suits your needs.
