    Dear @Hassan,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inquire whether the translation was made directly within the xstore.pot file. During our testing, we noticed the following string: https://prnt.sc/QrJQ1FVhINLB, which does not appear to be part of the original .pot file.

    To ensure proper functionality and maintain file integrity, we kindly ask you to restore the xstore.pot file to its original version. We recommend making any necessary string modifications using the Loco Translate plugin, as outlined in their official documentation: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin.

    If you continue to experience issues or require further assistance, please provide us with FTP access. This will allow us to verify whether any other files have been modified, as such translations should work correctly by simply updating the relevant strings through the Loco Translate plugin.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @vatsala,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    You can configure custom content for each product directly in the backend by following this guide: https://prnt.sc/MpSYbDYTlAdJ. Once the custom content is set, you can enable the “Single Product” tab in the tab settings. This will allow the tab to display the specific content configured for each individual product.

    If you wish to create different layouts for single product pages, you can utilize template conditions. Please refer to the following documentation for detailed instructions: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/.

    Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

    Dear @kareldevries,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We noticed that the header cart widget text was not displaying on mobile devices due to the following settings: https://prnt.sc/ubYD7Ocx1npj. We have made the necessary adjustments, and kindly ask you to check if the issue has been resolved on your end.

    Additionally, we have increased the spacing (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Oxk4pZo39-GS) to ensure it fits properly within the container width.

    Please let us know if everything is now working as expected.

    Dear @Kestutis,

    We kindly ask you to check the following link: https://prnt.sc/OUBjO6DoBodJ.

    Please note that implementing such attributes within the quick view content is not entirely feasible or advisable. This is due to the fact that the content is loaded via AJAX, and as a result, these links are not rendered on the page in a way that allows them to be indexed by search engines.

    The same applies to the wishlist items displayed in the wishlist dropdown. Since search engine indexing is performed as a non-logged-in user, the wishlist will appear empty in such cases.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Cor,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly check the issue again at your earliest convenience? We have attempted to activate the XStore child theme and did not encounter any problems. A screenshot has been provided in the private area for your reference.

    Please note that each theme includes its own set of widgets and elements for page builders. Therefore, when switching to a different theme, it is possible that some layout adjustments may be required using the current theme’s widgets, rather than those from the previous theme.

    For a smoother transition, we recommend creating a staging website where you can safely migrate your content to our theme. Alternatively, if your website has not yet been launched, you may proceed with these changes directly on the current site.

    Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @RichPoetry,

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

    We have added the reported item to our developers’ to-do list. Once our team reaches this task, the fix will be included in a future theme update. You can monitor the progress and details of upcoming updates via our changelog page: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/.

    In the meantime, if you prefer to maintain security, you may remove the temporary FTP and WP-Admin access. Should we require access again in the future, we will reach out to request it.

    Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Dear @Kestutis,

    Thank you for providing the correct access credentials, which allowed us to log in without the need for further correspondence.

    We have implemented some improvements in the following file:
    et-core-plugin/packages/xstore-wishlist/xstore-wishlist.php
    These changes will be included globally in the next update of the theme.

    Additionally, to add a custom attribute to the wishlist links, we have inserted the following code into your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('xstore_wishlist_product_query_atts', function($atts) {
        $atts[] = 'rel="nofollow"';
        return $atts;
    });

    Please check the functionality now and let us know if everything is working as expected.

    Dear @Arjun Dangi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Please accept our apologies for the delayed response, as our team was unavailable over the weekend. We have reviewed the issue you reported and found that it occurs intermittently across your products.

    At this time, we do not have a permanent solution available. However, our development team has been informed and is currently investigating the matter to implement a global fix in a future update. We kindly ask for your patience while we work on this.

    In the meantime, we would like to suggest a few temporary workarounds that may help mitigate the issue:

    1. Apply the following custom CSS to disable clicks on the product image, which will also prevent the popup from opening:

    .swipers-couple-wrapper a {
           pointer-events: none;
    }

    2. Disable the lightbox option in the Product Gallery settings. Please note that this may not fully prevent the image from opening if clicked rapidly.

    3. Use the default Elementor Product Gallery widget (https://prnt.sc/xH-RoCMU9TcI) and configure the gallery layout via: Theme Options → WooCommerce → Single Product → Layout.

    We attempted to configure this for you; however, the debug mode currently active on your website is preventing us from accessing the necessary sections. Kindly disable the debug mode so we can proceed with implementing your preferred solution.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Rest assured, our development team is actively working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Dear @Cor,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Regarding the issue you reported, it appears to be more closely related to WordPress itself rather than our theme, as the menu in question is generated by WordPress and not directly by our theme.

    We attempted to review the WooCommerce logs; however, we were unable to access the logs page. For your reference, we have provided the URL in the private area. Additionally, when trying to open the page, we encountered the following error: https://prnt.sc/UhjbkKDFuic_

    In light of this, we kindly suggest the following steps to help resolve the issue:

    1. Please ensure that the latest versions of our theme and the XStore Core plugin are installed on your server. If updates are needed, you may follow this tutorial: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/how-to-update-rate/

    2. If possible, check the error logs on your server. This may help identify any issues or errors that occur when activating our theme.

    3. Verify that your server meets the necessary system requirements. You can refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/X479GbwVMDMD

    4. For testing purposes, we recommend deactivating your current theme and all plugins. Then, try activating our theme and the XStore Core plugin to see if the issue persists.

    If the problem continues after completing the above steps, we kindly ask you to unblock our access to your website. At the moment, we are unable to view your site, which limits our ability to assist you further.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @Rok,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    If you would like to modify the URL of a product, you can do so by editing it directly in the product editor. Please refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/8wUT7ztYNnAK.

    To change the URL of a product category, you may follow the instructions provided on the following page: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-category-url-2/#:~:text=You%20can%20change%20the%20product%20category%20base,desired%20product%20category%20base%20in%20the%20field.

    Please note that this type of customization is related to WooCommerce functionality and not directly associated with our theme. For further assistance, we recommend submitting a topic on the WooCommerce support forum.

    Dear @Jennifer,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing the source of your products, we have noticed that all of your variable products are currently being displayed as simple products on your shop page. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/wxgKY9EAAxym.

    This behavior is not provided as option by our theme, and we have not identified any plugin within your setup that would typically result in such a configuration. Therefore, we would like to kindly ask if you have implemented any custom code on your server or made modifications in other files that could affect product display. Additionally, have the products been migrated from another website, or were there any plugins previously installed that might have altered the product types – even after being removed?

    For testing purposes, we created a sample variable product, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/Lz9Be1g-W_HI. However, it is still being displayed as a simple product on the shop page: https://prnt.sc/Ddmzej_yr35l.

    At this point, we recommend testing the functionality using a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, with only the XStore Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. You may consider creating a staging environment for this purpose, or temporarily perform the test on your current website.

    Based on our findings, this issue does not appear to be related to the XStore theme.

    Please let us know if you need any assistance with the testing process.

    Dear @Arjun Dangi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon investigation, we have identified that the root cause of the issue originates from a bug in the Dokan plugin’s code. Specifically, the plugin attempts to use the get_type() function, which is only available in versions 2.9.14 and above. To resolve this, the Dokan development team should implement the following conditional code: https://prnt.sc/sxxj_kPF6tOk.

    As you are a customer of the Dokan PRO version plugin, we recommend reaching out to their support team directly with this request. As a licensed user, you are entitled to priority support, and they should be able to assist you further.

    In the meantime, we suggest the following temporary measures to prevent further errors on your website:

    – Disable debug mode on your website. If needed, your hosting provider can assist you with this.
    – Deactivate the built-in XStore Brands feature via Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop Elements → Brands.
    – Instead, we recommend using the default WooCommerce brands functionality until the issue is resolved.

    To ensure uninterrupted work on your product creation, we have temporarily disabled the display of fatal errors in the files. However, we strongly advise contacting Dokan support and keeping the built-in brands functionality disabled until they release a global fix.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @Arjun Dangi,

    1. Kindly review the first issue related to the fatal errors occurring during product creation actions. We uploaded a fix on your server.

    2. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a video demonstrating the issue, as it will help us better understand the problem.

    3. Additionally, please try selecting the “Full” image size for the product widgets on your homepage and verify whether your .gif images are displayed correctly. This issue may be caused by WooCommerce automatically cropping images to its default sizes, which can result in .gif files being converted to standard JPEG format. You can adjust this setting by editing the Products Grid widget and navigating to: Product → Image Size → Select “Full”.

    We also attempted to log in to your dashboard using the credentials you provided. However, we were unable to access the account, and the system indicated that only a few login attempts remain, despite the username and password being entered correctly.

    Dear @RichPoetry,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you please confirm whether you attempted to open the page using the provided URL? Were you successfully redirected to the correct page for setting a new password?

    We will review and work on correcting the URL in our email templates. However, if the current link redirects users to the appropriate password reset page, you may continue using the suggested shortcode. If not, you can temporarily set the URL to redirect customers to the “My Account” page while we work on identifying a proper solution.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @RichPoetry,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we have uploaded the updated files with the suggested improvements. Kindly use the “{set_password_url}” shortcode instead of the previously recommended “{reset_password_url}” in your email templates.

    It appears that access to the wp-admin area has been modified, which prevents us from reviewing the backend and providing you with screenshots. Therefore, we kindly ask you to check the updated email templates on your end to ensure everything is working as expected.

    Hello @Rokas
    On the live site, the fonts are being imported from the staging website, which is why they are not loading correctly and appear different.
    Please see the screenshot for reference in private area.

    We recommend checking the documentation on Elementor about migration of web-sites and possibly you should reupload/rechoose the selected fonts in Elementor configuration.
    As you can see from the screenshot the issue is related to site migration and not directly to our theme.

    Dear @kmc,

    Thank you for your message.

    Unfortunately, this functionality cannot be achieved using custom CSS alone, as such interactive features should be implemented exclusively through JavaScript.

    If you wish, you may submit a feature request (https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/), or alternatively, you can try using the default Hotspot widget provided by Elementor to see if it meets your requirements.

    Dear @carinachan2000,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly update your theme and the XStore Core plugin to the latest versions, as recent updates may contain fixes relevant to the issues you have reported. You can review the update history here: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

    If you require assistance with the update process, please refer to our documentation and tutorials available at: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/

    After completing the update, we recommend clearing your browser cache as well as any cache generated by caching plugins you may be using.

    Additionally, we kindly ask you to test the issue using a default WordPress theme such as Storefront. If the issue persists with the default theme, it is likely unrelated to XStore, and therefore outside the scope of our theme support.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Will,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We were able to access your website using a VPN extension. Upon review, it appears that the issue is related to the first item in your gallery, which contains a video. Since the duration of each video varies, the vertical carousel scripts does not reinitialize correctly.

    To resolve this, we recommend either placing the video at the end of the gallery (please refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/abJ7pal85yTZ), or alternatively, using a different gallery layout, such as the vertical type.

    We look forward to your feedback and are happy to assist further if needed.

    Dear @Deborah,

    We have reviewed the websites in question but were unable to identify any specific solution for resolving this issue. It is possible that this website load additional scripts or styles under certain conditions, which makes it difficult to determine a definitive approach.

    If you come across any other websites with correctly functioning sticky sections, please feel free to share them with us. They may help us better understand and potentially identify a suitable solution.

    At this time, however, we are unable to provide a specific recommendation.

    Dear @Yasir Alam 8Theme,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Regarding your first question, it pertains to the “stretch section” functionality, which utilizes JavaScript to create full-width sections. If there is a delay in loading JavaScript files on your web-site, this feature may not function as expected. In such cases, we recommend either disabling the “stretch section” option or checking the performance after turning off this feature.

    Additionally, if you prefer not to use the slider, you can remove it entirely and instead create a standard section with a background. Within this section, you may add various elements such as headings, text, buttons, and more, according to your design needs.
