    Hello,

    8/ If you would like to customize your Cart page, you can activate the XStore Cart Page Builder and add, remove, or modify the content of this page. You can find detailed documentation for the builder here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-cart-page-builder-with-elementor/.

    9/ If you would like to customize your Checkout page, you can activate the XStore Checkout Page Builder and add, remove, or modify the content of this page. The documentation for this builder is available here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-checkout-page-builder-with-elementor/. Please note that displaying specific payment methods or conditions is not managed through the theme. For such functionality, you will need to install additional plugins.

    10/ To translate your website into another language, please refer to our documentation on this topic: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/.

    11/ Please note that modifying the color palette of your website is not a one-click process. To adjust the color scheme, you will need to modify various parts of your site. First, set the main color in Theme Options -> Styling -> Active Color Option (https://prnt.sc/pYkn9S9X5hOE). You can also edit your header content to change background colors, labels, buttons, and other elements (https://prnt.sc/vib9fRzadYhG, https://prnt.sc/op6sfSI02Wd1). On each page, you can locate the sections where you wish to change colors and adjust them as desired. Examples: https://prnt.sc/nah3CwBjZLHk (Product buttons on the shop page), https://prnt.sc/9CoLk-3dH_YH (Single product add-to-cart button), https://prnt.sc/DvhuWv7IBAHh (Single product tabs colors), https://prnt.sc/I8mJ8XSOkeRA (Footer colors).

    12/ We have checked and confirmed that the filters are functioning correctly. Please provide us with a video for a better understanding of the issue. Additionally, if you would like to include a button to clear filters, we have added the following widget for you: https://prnt.sc/9NkzA5Mpd9ze. The resulting frontend view can be seen here: https://gyazo.com/a70e20835731db3c4fa245c6afb0466d.

    13/ Please check the following: https://prnt.sc/qGU1j2kJqZqW

    14/ You can modify the content of your single product page by navigating to XStore Builders -> Single Product Page -> Go to Builder -> Elementor, where you can add, remove, or use any available widgets. For more information, please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/.
    For guidance on using and creating XStore brands, please see this article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/differences-between-brands-from-the-woocommerce-plugin-and-from-xstore-theme-which-to-choose-and-how-to-disable-unnecessary-ones/.
    To edit product content, go to Dashboard -> Products -> Edit the desired product (https://prnt.sc/q2YcaBg2b7sx). For additional details, please consult the official WooCommerce documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/product-editor-settings/.

    15/ You can use our built-in functionality to display trending searches in the Header Builder search section (https://prnt.sc/NqX7iE02dQaK). This allows you to add multiple tags and limit the display to a random selection of 5–7 items for quick search suggestions.

    Please note that items 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, and 15 of your requested customizations were not previously discussed. We already provided recommendations for implementing these ideas; however, as they require additional development time and effort, we will calculate the cost of each implementation separately. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @Sherine,

    We have noticed that you are currently in edit mode for most of the Mega Menus, which prevents us from making the necessary modifications. However, you can simply copy the original widget from the correctly configured section to your new one to ensure that no configuration settings are lost.

    In the previous Product Categories list, we set the Image Position to “Without” (see: https://prnt.sc/AudexnGtjS4P). We also recommend selecting “1 column” for the Columns setting (see: https://prnt.sc/Sl8ZHS_NW5g3).

    Please check the result here: https://prnt.sc/OYjziE3TikTx. After refreshing the page, we noticed that the editor had been closed on your side, so we implemented our changes in a new section.

    Hello @Quintus,

    Please, disable the widgets in the Elements widget panel on your website that will not be in use (please refer to the documentation: https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/). The panel editor should then load correctly without any issues. At this time we disabled few of those to make less sources used to load the Elementor widgets panel, but we kindly recommend you to increase the Memory limit to at least 512mb (https://prnt.sc/4OJzqNfBg0wo) as was suggested in Elementor documentation.

    If you need to use any specific widget that is currently inactive, you can manually activate it in the Elements Manager and save the changes: https://prnt.sc/c0YoezVW5V8K.

    Hello @NuxMusic,

    As you did not attach the temporary wp-admin access, we will proceed with the following steps to implement your requests:

    1. To modify the content of the header, please go to Dashboard → XStore Builders (top panel) → Header Builder → Go to Builder → Elementor. There, you will be able to add, remove, or modify any sections or areas of your header. More information about Header builder you can find on our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-header-builder-on-elementor/.

    2. To change the text of the “Buy now” button, please use the following code snippet in your child-theme/functions.php file:
    add_filter('etheme_buy_now_button_text', function($text) { return 'My custom text'; });

    3. To add the mentioned code to your website, please use the following code snippet (https://prnt.sc/mGGNh7Lm8k6g) in your child-theme/functions.php file:

    add_action('wp_head', function() { ?>
    <!-- Event snippet for Purchase conversion page -->
    <script>
      gtag('event', 'conversion', {
          'send_to': 'your_code_here',
          'value': 1.0,
          'currency': 'VND',
          'transaction_id': ''
      });
    </script>
    <?php });

    Hello @Andrei Andrei,

    3/ This request was not discussed during the previous customization conversation, so it will be considered in the next customization phase. Additionally, please clarify your desired outcome, as it currently appears that the objective is not clearly defined and you would like us to determine the approach. You may also try implementing it yourself by hiding the current sections on mobile or tablet and using widgets such as Carousel Anything or the XStore Slider with your own content, or a simple container configured for slides: https://prnt.sc/J3sOFGyfAAcR. Such a section or container can be hidden on desktop and displayed only on other devices, allowing you to have one version of the content for desktop and a different one for smaller devices.

    4/ To modify the spacing between sections, please refer to: https://prnt.sc/MD18C2RFhOzv. We have already improved the spacing. Regarding the section you mentioned as broken was caused by a hidden section inside this banner: https://prnt.sc/sZ4wB_CEofjl. If you wish to completely hide the column, please adjust the visibility settings for that column: https://prnt.sc/WBY9Dw0ynhsm. We have now set the column to be hidden on tablet and mobile devices, so the banner will not appear on those devices.

    6/ This request was also not previously discussed, but as an exception, you may use the following custom CSS in your Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS to achieve the following frontend result: https://prnt.sc/_9iwxQwFqOL4

    body .et-mobile-panel ul li {
        justify-content: flex-start;
    }

    body .et-mobile-panel .et-content_toggle .et-content .menu-main-container li {
        justify-content: flex-start;
    }

    .et-mobile-panel .et-content_toggle .et-content .menu-main-container li > a:after {
        content: '\e948';
        margin-left: auto;
        font-family: 'xstore-icons';
    }

    .et-mobile-panel .et-content_toggle .et-content .menu-main-container li > a {
        width: 100%;
        display: inline-flex;
    }

    Additionally, we have activated all XStore patches to resolve issues reported by other customers: https://prnt.sc/8AKNszKz28QV.

    Regarding the remaining items, please note that we will proceed with the implementations previously agreed upon. For the next steps, you may provide a list of additional requests, and we will review them and inform you of the estimated time required.

    Hello @Andrei Andrei,

    1/ We kindly ask you to clear your CDN cache and check again. We have tested each request and confirmed the implementations, as shown in the screenshots provided in our previous reply. Please also check the implementations using an incognito browser or after clearing your browser cache.

    2/ Please check now: https://prnt.sc/HjVm-w6UmhQS. Since you are using images with different proportions from those on the desired example, the current implementation is the only possible option. If you would like them to appear differently, you will need to use images with the same proportions as those on the example website.

    3/ We did not fully understand this request. Would you like us to modify only the mentioned section on mobile?

    4/ Please check now: https://prnt.sc/lK_3bwnwYHuo.

    5/ Our theme provides customization settings that allow you to adjust the typography for the product title as you prefer: https://prnt.sc/6jGyZllrPCAz. We kindly ask you to modify these settings on your side, as it would be difficult for us to determine the most suitable option. (On your example website, a 14px font size is used, but it might be too small for your case.) Regarding the “Add to Cart” button, you can also review the typography settings in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/8leTK87DWW2c.

    6/ It is not possible to implement this, as the mobile panel content does not support multilevel menu items.

    7/ Please check now: https://prnt.sc/OHYs-VCWTWh1.

    Regarding the other items, please note that for now we will proceed with the implementations previously agreed upon. For the next steps, you may share a list of additional requests, and we will review them and inform you of the estimated time required.

    Hello @Enmanuel,

    If you see only the staging website option available for purchase code activation, it means that the same purchase is already active for your live store. To check where your purchase is currently activated, please log in to your account at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/. There, you will find a list of registered websites associated with each of your purchases (https://prnt.sc/ElodPLitdhrW).

    You can manually deregister the purchase code in that panel and then activate the purchase code again on your website.

    Hello @jtmathis42,

    You are currently using an XStore header template based on the Elementor page builder. We have already provided information for customers who have both the Customizer header and the Elementor header active. Please note that the Elementor header takes priority. Therefore, you can disable the Customizer header builder by following this link: https://prnt.sc/3qWMSwonIZiw.

    All settings from your Customizer header will not apply in this case, so you need to navigate to XStore Builders → Header Builder → Go to Builder → Elementor and edit the template there. Locate the Mobile Menu widget within your header content and follow this video tutorial to change the background color of your mobile menu: https://gyazo.com/1239a24e068202aaa0db737390917c64.

    Hello @Sebastian,

    It is not possible to create a separate variation picker outside of the “Add to Cart” section, as the JavaScript scripts of the WooCommerce plugin operate collectively on the variations within this section. Therefore, any change made modifies the button with specific attributes or arguments to set the variation data selected by the customer.

    Regarding your question about using variation types other than “select” please refer to the tutorial on how to use Variation Swatches: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/variation-swatches-3/.
    Also, please note that variation slugs should contain only Latin characters for proper functionality: https://prnt.sc/3XZWeGnmf2TO, https://prnt.sc/kgBVs3ipgi3v.

    At this time, we do not have a repository containing all of our templates. However, you can either import the available blocks using our XStudio functionality or contact us regarding the specific widgets or sections you would like to import, and we will provide you with the corresponding JSON file for import.

    If you select “All Categories” the categories of this widget will be displayed based on the current query. For example, if you are viewing a product category page, the widget will display the subcategories related to that category (if any). If no subcategories are found, it will display the full list of categories.

    Hello @Andrei Andrei,

    As you know, customizations are outside the scope of Envato support policy. However, we can assist with small tasks when we see that it is necessary to help our customers achieve their goals.

    To make your website look exactly like the one you shared would require significant time and effort. Instead, we suggest focusing on smaller improvements step by step. For example, regarding your request to improve the mobile experience — we can help you enhance the mobile category layout to make it cleaner and more user-friendly, similar in style to the examples from desirel.ro.

    We can also assist in refining the product grid design to make it look more modern, balanced, and visually appealing.

    Regarding your question — yes, please purchase the two XStore licenses as shown in the screenshot available here: https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546. Once you have completed the purchase, we will help you with the task you described yesterday. You will also be able to use these licenses for your future projects, making it a win-win situation.

    Hello @Omar Quddam,

    After reviewing the issue, we noticed that you have set the time interval for checking purchased products to 11 minutes (https://prnt.sc/8CO9cPrq-gjW). Therefore, it is expected that the widget is not displayed, as there have been no completed orders within the last 11 minutes.

    After we adjusted the settings (https://prnt.sc/P7hB9LVjF9Gr) and reviewed a product from one of the completed orders (#18439 – https://prnt.sc/Ho50XTD-MBed), the widget correctly displayed the number of purchased items on the frontend (https://prnt.sc/cyBMDlHtu9wX). The URL of this product is provided in the private content.

    We kindly ask you to review the information we previously shared, adjust your booster settings accordingly, and verify the widget content on the appropriate products.

    Hello @Andrei Andrei,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Your request to customize the layout of your products and product categories is considered a customization service, which falls outside the scope of our standard support as outlined in the Envato support policy. However, we would be happy to assist you with a suitable solution.

    To proceed, you may purchase two additional licenses, as implementing your preferred layout will require a considerable amount of our support time. Once the licenses have been purchased, we will create and implement a similar custom layout on your website.

    Hello @Regency Group,

    We have thoroughly investigated the issue and identified it as a bug that occurred after the latest updates of the Elementor plugin. We were able to reproduce the problem on our local website and have already developed a solution.

    A patch (#9621870) has been released to fix this issue and has been implemented on your website. You may now verify the results, and if necessary, apply the same patch to any other website experiencing the same problem.
