    Hello,

    Sorry, but there is still 403 error.
    Please check if you set any restrictions in .htaccess file or changed permissions for wp-admin folder.
    Also ask your host to check if there are any restrictions on a server to WP Dashboard panel.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    As I see you’re still using old theme version.
    Please restore the older version that you had before and don’t forget to restore your database.
    We’re trying to help you but it’s hard to find the issue because our demo site doesn’t have such problems with the latest theme version.

    Perhaps the problem is related to your server configuration. Did you try to increase memory limit to 256M and disable display_errors function?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    Memory_limit value for your site is set to 120M: http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0703/h_1435911331_5543194_1131653580.png
    Please try to increase it to 256M. After that try to activate the plugins.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    1. Please provide us with a link to your portfolio page.

    2. Please add this code in custom.css to change color for submenu items:

    .menu .nav-sublist-dropdown ul > li > a {
       color: black !important;
    }

    How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    Languages files must be placed in the parent theme. They won’t work in the child theme.

    Hello,

    This requires additional customization and you have to edit the file theme-functions.php in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/framework. Edit the sections “! Registration Form” and “! Registration”.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    Are using any 3rd-party plugin for those buttons? You should check its settings and remove “http” from the links.

    Also provide us with full permissions to be able to view all options in WP Dashboard.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
