    I updated my theme and all of my color disappeared. It set back to the default red color. I went under blanco in the admin dashboard to change the main theme color and it was such as my color but was showing the red default color on my site. Also, all of my buttons are grey?

    On the shop page, how do I add a background color to the category header? Just the block surround the word, category, not the actual categories themselves.

    Hello,

    As I see there is no default red color. Here is the screenshot how your site looks from our side http://prntscr.com/7jw1wx

    To change buttons color try to add the following css code to the custom.css file:

    .button {
      background-color: #b7468e;
    }

    On the shop page, how do I add a background color to the category header? Just the block surround the word, category, not the actual categories themselves.

    Please show us a screenshot with the marked block which you want to change.
    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Unfortunately, that didn’t work. I don’t know what is going on. The CSS is almost glitching. I am tempted to upload the default css and start all over. I can give you the log-in info. Because now there is no catagory box in the shop page and the theme color “raspberry” disappeared from the navigation and buttons.

    Thank you so much!! I have one more question. On the homepage, I have a ‘featured products” slider, all of the buttons are grey until you hover over them, they turn the company’s raspberry cover. Where do I change the grey color in the CSS?

    And I have to banners under the homepage slider and the buttons are not where they should be, where in the CSS do I adjust the margin and padding?

    Hello,

    Please add this code in custom.css file:

    .page-template-frontpage-php .banner .button {
       bottom: 40px !important;
    }
    a.button.etheme_add_to_cart_button.product_type_variable, #products-grid.products_grid .product-grid .btn-cont .button {
      background-color: red !important;
    }

    To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css in wp-content/themes/blanco directory via FTP and enable it in Blanco – Theme Settings, tick “Enable Custom CSS file”.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    So I added the css and the main theme color disappeared again. Everything was supposed to be raspberry is now black and grey. I did what you told me. Also, now no one can register? Help.

    Hello,

    I’ve created custom.css file and added the code.
    Also please ask your host to increase memory limit to 256M and disable display_errors function.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Thank you for doing that. I hate to bother you, but I am gettin frustrated. Since I have updated this theme, I have had nothing but troubles. Alot of things don’t work on the website. I can’t add widgets for the footer, header…etc. WordPress wont let me so I add the new footer…etc code in the theme code. Everytime the theme is updated, the all the code is gone. I’ve already had to add everything to many times now. It is a waste of time. There must be an easier way. Customers can’t register for an account, it takes forever for people to buy products. The colors still aren’t right. Key theme components disappear on the shop page. I just don’t know what to do. I never had any problems before updating to the new files. My client is losing customers and getting angry phone calls because the site doesn’t function like it used to. Please help me. Instead of going forward, I’ve been taking steps backwards. I don’t know what else to do.

    Hello,

    We are very sorry that you have to experience such troubles.
    In this case we recommend you to revert back to your old theme version. Did you create back up before updating the theme? Please restore it or ask your host to do this.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    I don’t know if I have the older version. But if I change this will it interfere with Authorize.net (i used this company to process credit cards).

    Also, why does the theme set instructions say to use widgets for the footer, header…etc then when I go to set them up in wordpress, it doesn’t let me? It says “cheating, eh?

    I have reverted back to the old theme before but everything was still messed up. It still wouldn’t go back to the way it way. I just contacted my site host and everything in the back end was fine, no errors. So I am definitely thinking it is a theme issue. All I want is to change the color and have everything the way it was. Every time I change the css, everything gets screwed up. I know what I am doing on the css end. In fact, when you go to the shop page, it is supposed to say ‘categories’ on the top left. When you highlight the white space it says the word. The highlight is the wrong color. verything that is a red theme color should be raspberry in mine. When you go on the sassy you site, under the navigation, that is the theme color for the company. Why is this being so difficult all of the sudden. I hate the fact that I cant add widgets, so I have to adjust the theme code and everytime the theme updates, I have to do it all over again. I know this is not your fault, but I am at the end of my rope.

    Hello,

    As I see you’re still using old theme version.
    Please restore the older version that you had before and don’t forget to restore your database.
    We’re trying to help you but it’s hard to find the issue because our demo site doesn’t have such problems with the latest theme version.

    Perhaps the problem is related to your server configuration. Did you try to increase memory limit to 256M and disable display_errors function?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Yes, the memory is at 256M. The only problem with going to the older version is that the credit card company we are working with (authorize.net) to process transactions was not working and they recommended that we update the theme. So we did. It just takes forever for the transactions to process when someone purchases and the customers think the site is broken because it is not going anywhere, same with the registration. I am just stuck. Can I give you access to our wordpress site and have you look around to figure this out? I don’t know what else to do.

    The registration page is the biggest concern for me. If customers can’t register, they can’t purchase merchandise. When you create a new account, it is saying that the email is taken. So I look under users and it isn’t. Also, if someone registers, nothing happens. It doesn’t redirect them to their account page so as far as the customer is concerned it isn’t working.

    Thank you. A lot of things are better now. I have a plugin issue. I deactivated a plugin called SUMO because it was conflicting with registration. When I turn it back on, registration doesn’t work. Any idea why?

    Also, how do I get rid of the side bar in registration?

    Hello,

    I’m sorry but we don’t provide support for the third party plugins. Regarding the plugin conflict you need to contact plugin developer/support.
    As for the sidebar on the registration page you can hide it using the css code in custom.css:

    .page-id-409 #sidebar {
    display:none !important;
    }

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
