Hello @sebdicam,

Subcategories can’t be shown on one page with parent categories, they are displayed when you open a parent category and subcategories of this opened category are shown then.

I’ve enabled “Languages area” in Theme Options > Header > Enable languages area > On and share icons are shown now. I’ve added this code in custom.css to align them:

.top-bar .languages-area .share-title { display: none; }

Regarding the chat issue please refer to this topic:

You need add the code in Prefooter area in Appearance > Widgets as described in our documentation:

As I see the theme is installed, now you need to install demo content https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/demo_data_installation , make sure Woocommerce and other required plugins are already installed.

Thank you for the login details.
The problem was caused by absence of Visual Composer plugin. I’ve installed it and the error has disappeared. Please clear browser cache and check.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hello,

I’ve edited the file header.php and added the code <div class="fixed-cart"><?php etheme_top_cart(); ?></div> in line 133 and this code in custom.css:

.fixed-header-area .fixed-cart { position: relative; float: right; }

Now cart is shown in fixed header. Please check.

Please take our apologies but image dimensions can’t be changed on a single product page in theme options as they can be distorted. It can be edited only in the theme files legenda/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php. Also changes in custom.css need to be made.

Hello,

1. Is the file default-constants.php created by default on a server where you host the site?
There is no such file in our theme. You should contact your hosting provider regarding this query.

2. To display categories on Shop page go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display > Shop Page Display > select “Show categories and subcategories”.

You should check mail logs why emails can’t be sent from your site. The logs are stored on a server and you should ask your hosting provider to check them.

You must delete them from your theme folder too (in wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce directory). After that check your site.
