Order email not send to owner and customer

    Kindly help to check why we didn’t receive the order emails at all, owner and customer also didnt receive. Website login details as below:

    Having the same problem. I have started to receive emails as a customer but not as a site owner. Please help us resolve this asap. Thank you.

    Hello @Mia Maq, @helen,

    You should check mail logs why emails can’t be sent from your site. The logs are stored on a server and you should ask your hosting provider to check them.

    Can you please help to login into my website to check all the setting is it correct? If wrong on setting in woocommerce then also useless to ask hosting provider to check on it. Appreciate for your help and advice.

    We know what is the issue already, and we install this plugin “easy wp SMTP” and solved it.

    Hi Helen!

    I added easy wp SMTP as well but when I place orders, the site just freezes and nothing happens. the orders are not pushing through. am I missing something in the configuration? Will appreciate your help!

    Please check memory_limit value and ask your hosting provider to increase it.
