You should write ids in “Anchor for one page navigation” field in row settings http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/1031/h_1446284688_9302149_b161131d83.png . Or update the theme to 2.5 version where this option is removed and “Row ID” is used for one page navigation.

To make header transparent and show slider behind it you need select the 2nd header type in Theme Options > Header and edit your home page, select slider in “Show slider instead of page heading and breadcrumbs” field at the bottom in the right side.

Please watch the tutorial how to update theme:

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

You have low values of post_max_size and upload_max_filesize functions. Ask your hosting provider to increase these values to 50M. Also increase memory_limit value.

After that try to install base demo content in Theme Options > Import/Export.
