    Hello @Recep,

    We have reviewed the issue related to adding items to the cart but were unable to reproduce the same problem on our side: https://gyazo.com/c846dd735316f38bfc44e79c92c05480.

    Additionally, to check the “My Account” page, we will need access to your website, as this page is visible only to logged-in customers.

    Hello @Plethora,

    Thank you for the information. Could you please confirm whether you have reviewed the WP Rocket documentation as we previously recommended? Additionally, were you able to submit a support request to the WP Rocket plugin team and attach it to our conversation so that we can review their suggestions?

    Hello @alexjourneyworldwide,

    Unfortunately, there are no available settings to display the video in the second position on mobile devices. However, you can display it as the last item on mobile devices by adding the following filter to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('theme_mod_product_video_position', function($value) { return wp_is_mobile() ? 'last' : $value; });

    Additionally, since it appears that you are using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, we recommend following the instructions provided here: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lsws/cp/cpanel/long-run-script/ to set “no abort.” Please also try increasing the max_execution_time value and let us know if this resolves the issue.

    As an alternative, you may choose to disable the video gallery item on mobile devices and display only static images. To do this, copy the file xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php to xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php and modify it using conditions similar to those shown here: https://gyazo.com/ced0b3f112f30e28774288ae66237b7c (before modification: https://gyazo.com/fd0e338c9e5a6736b109c4013a03ad5a).

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    We have previously provided you with an answer regarding the modification of the Thank You page design: https://www.8theme.com/topic/cant-see-any-option-for-thank-you-page-customisation/. If you would like to customize the content of this page, please copy the following template file to your child theme and make the necessary changes there:
    xstore/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php

    However, if you are using the Cart/Checkout advanced layout, please copy and modify the following file in your child theme instead:
    xstore/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou-advanced.php

    Regarding your question about the placement of the “Buy Now” button, we can see that you have already found a solution, as shown here: https://gyazo.com/65c3221585a737619b7f0a0b9cf468a2. If you have any further questions, please allow us to view the original version of your cart form so that we can provide a solution from our side.

    Hello @Martin,

    Could you please describe the issues you are experiencing when caching this type of content? Have you tried excluding specific classes (such as .etheme-elementor-off-canvas__wrapper) from caching so that the content within such wrappers is not cached? It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide us with a video demonstrating the issue.

    Hello @Shazard Ramjohn,

    The Variation Swatches functionality is included in our XStore Core plugin (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/variation-swatches-3/), which appears to be active on your website. Any additional variation swatch features provided by other plugins are developed independently, and we do not maintain archives for those.

    We have noticed that the plugin “YaySwatches – Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” is currently inactive (not removed). You may simply need to activate it, or you can contact your hosting provider to review the list of recently active plugins on your website to identify the one that was removed.

    Dear @josephchan,

    We have a detailed tutorial on building the Single Product layout (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/) using our built-in XStudio functionality. You can follow the same tutorial to create a Single Post template, as the steps and implementation ideas are similar.

    We also offer a selection of pre-built, popular UI/UX layouts that you can easily import by clicking the “Insert” button in the Single Post layout section. You may find that some of these layouts provide a more modern style compared to the basic one.

    Please try importing and testing the functionality of our templates. If you have any questions regarding the widgets, we will be happy to suggest appropriate solutions.

    For advanced customization of your Single Post layout, you can follow this tweak:
    Add the Posts Grid/Chess/Carousel widget and set the “Data Source” to Related Posts.

    Hello @Terpsauce,

    We previously suggested that you contact your hosting provider to increase the memory limit on your website. Have you implemented this recommendation? It is possible that some of the content on your page is generated dynamically, meaning that new elements such as terms, posts, or categories may have been added as a result of backend modifications.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    Please ask your customers to mark your emails as “Not Spam” in their inbox. This will help train their email provider to recognize your messages as safe.

    You may also consider using an SMTP plugin to send emails through a trusted mail server, which can improve deliverability. Alternatively, you can keep the default email template that does not include bright or heavy HTML styling.

    This situation is not related to our theme, and we have already provided the possible solutions for your case. You can test other email customizers plugins that will have similar issue based on the content you create in your templates. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our support.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    If you do not see the prebuilt templates, it is possible that the XStudio option is currently disabled in your Theme Options. Please check this setting and activate it if it is not already active: https://gyazo.com/5f3d5ccb993bcdd99622dd9564afa485.

    The issue related to email delivery should be resolved through your server configuration. For more details, please refer to the following reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/no-email-received-after-creating-new-account-new-order/#post-456089.

    Regarding your question about site speed, we recommend reviewing the suggestions provided in this reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/after-purchasing-the-theme-it-took-a-while-to-upload-it-to-my-site-but-i-am-facing-a-big-problem-i/#post-455913. If you have already implemented all the suggestions and still require further assistance, please create a separate topic for this request with additional details of your implementations instead of combining multiple questions in one thread.

    Hello @Terpsauce,

    It appears that your homepage contains a large amount of content. To ensure that the content updates properly, we recommend increasing your server resources. You can refer to the official Elementor documentation for guidance: https://elementor.com/help/500-error/. If your current server values are lower than the recommended ones, please contact your hosting provider to have them increased.

    Please note that this request is not directly related to our theme, as the issue is associated with your server settings and the amount of content on your pages.

    Hello @josephchan,

    You can take advantage of the customization options available for all widgets within the Single Post Builder. We encourage you to explore and adjust them according to your needs. However, if you prefer to keep the previous version, you can disable the Single Product Builder by removing the conditions in the Elementor Single Post template or by deleting the builder template entirely.

    We also invite you to explore examples of Single Post Builder layouts on our demo sites:

    Hello @Olha,

    We have updated your header design to improve its responsiveness on tablets and mobile devices. However, since a CDN is active on your website, the frontend is still displaying the old version of the header. We have attached a video showing the updated header layout as implemented on your site (from Elementor editor).

    We kindly ask you to clear your website’s CDN cache or temporarily disable it if you are making changes that may affect other areas of the site.

    As a temporary solution to review the header layout, we suggest enabling internal CSS embedding in Elementor → Settings → CSS Print Method. Please note that this is recommended for testing purposes only.

    Hello @Shubham Singh,

    We have noticed that you have not yet attached the wp-admin access to your website, which prevents us from checking the issue directly. However, we can suggest the following steps:

    1. Open the Elements Manager section under Elementor.
    2. Scan for the widgets in use and disable any inactive ones.
    3. Check if you are then able to open the page editor.

    This procedure is also described in the official Elementor documentation:
    https://elementor.com/help/elementor-widget-panel-not-loading/
    We also recommend reviewing the following article for more detailed information:
    https://elementor.com/help/elementor-not-loading/

    If you require further assistance from our support team, please provide us with wp-admin access via private content.

    Hello @aadil,

    1. Could you please review the tutorial that explains the use cases and configuration of swatches: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/variation-swatches-3/? If you have any specific questions, you may post them on our support forum; however, we believe the tutorial will address most of your concerns.

    2. Regarding the Size Filter Layout Issue, please check the widget settings or provide us with some screenshots to help us better understand your request.

    3. We recommend enabling the “Advanced Mode” option under Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop Elements → Categories. Also, If you have categories that are not related to your store and do not contain any products, you can remove them in your backend settings (Dashboard → Products → Categories). If you still have questions regarding this matter, please provide screenshots and clarify your request in more detail.

    Hello @Olha,

    Could you please provide us with a video showing how you create new posts? We have created a test post, and it is displayed correctly: https://gyazo.com/b366fd1a00124b5d139dcb3a581204ec. We have also tested it in an incognito browser, and it appears correctly there as well.

    We would suggest you to contact to your hosting because you may have some server caching that does not display the latest posts once you create them but shows only after some time such as few days or hours.

    You can upload the video using https://fex.net/ or a similar file-sharing service.

    Hello @James K,

    1. Please check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/atp-O5GPo-ku. WooCommerce provides custom settings that allow you to set the default option. Regarding your question about the products displayed on the frontend not matching those in the editor, please note that the products shown on the frontend are based on the current query loaded for the specific page.

    2. Concerning your question about renaming the page title, we were unable to locate the mentioned page. Could you please provide us with the URL of the page, or let us know if you have already resolved the issue?

    3. Please check again. It was not a border but a divider, which we have already fixed.

    Hello @josephchan,

    Since you are using Elementor builder templates to create your Blog page and other pages, we recommend activating the Single Post Builder under the XStore Builders template. This will allow you to import existing templates for your single post layout or create a new one from scratch. Among the available widgets, you will find the Related Posts Carousel widget, which offers various responsive customization options. For more detailed information about our builders, please refer to the following article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-builders-getting-started/.

    Alternatively, you may need to apply additional customizations to the related posts area to achieve your desired design.
    Please let us know which option you would like to proceed with so that we can provide you with further guidance.

    Since you are using the Loop item to create a custom layout for each product, you also need to set a fallback image in the Featured Image widget in Elementor (please refer to the private content). We have set the mentioned image, and you can now review the frontend of your shop page.

    Hello @aadil,

    The hover images are not displayed for certain products because those items are of the ‘product_variation’ type. This occurs because the option to separate variable products into simple ones has been enabled: https://prnt.sc/XH9h0n2F9mUW.

    Since variable products are divided into individual variations, there are no secondary images available for these “variations” products. However, you can resolve this issue using one of the following methods:

    1. Disable the “Variations as simple products” option.
    2. Activate the following setting: https://prnt.sc/dZEprYy-yq-A, and then assign a custom gallery to each of your product variations: https://prnt.sc/nkOMJ2OtpiJG. (The relevant settings will appear once the mentioned option is enabled.)

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    According to the header conditions you configured, the Shop page was excluded from displaying the header (see: https://prnt.sc/ESgvifAySQPU). This is why the header was not visible there. Please check it again now.

    Regarding your question about the styling of the “Add to Cart” button, you can customize it in the Archive Products Builder (refer to the documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/). Alternatively, if you prefer a simpler design, you can style the button using the following selectors: .content-product .add_to_cart_button.

    Hello @alexjourneyworldwide,

    The video display may vary depending on the device you are using. If you would like the “Play” icon to appear on your desktop browser, you can achieve this by adding some custom CSS, for example:

    .main-images .woocommerce-product-gallery:has(video):before {
        position: absolute;
        top: 50%;
        left: 50%;
        width: 50px;
        content: '\e901';
        font-family: 'xstore-icons';
        font-size: 50px;
        z-index: 999;
        height: 50px;
        display: inline-flex;
        align-items: center;
        justify-content: center;
    }

    .main-images .woocommerce-product-gallery:has(video) {
        position: relative;
    }

    .main-images .woocommerce-product-gallery:has(video:focus):before {
        display: none;
    }

    Could you please check whether the video is displayed correctly on another device?

    Best regards,
