    Dear @patrickjanko,

    I hope this message finds you well. We apologize for the delay in our response.

    We previously requested that you test whether the issue persists when using the default Storefront theme. Unfortunately, we have not yet received any feedback regarding this. Could you kindly confirm if you have had the opportunity to perform this check?

    Additionally, we asked if the problem remains when all third-party plugins are deactivated, noting that you currently have 71 active plugins. We have yet to receive a response on this matter as well. Could you please verify whether this test has been conducted?

    During our recent attempt to access your website, we encountered an error, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/i7Mwk0su5naw.

    It appears that the main PayPal issue may be related to one of your plugins or possibly incorrect PayPal settings, which do not globally load certain scripts but instead load them only on the Single Product page.

    We kindly ask you to provide updates on the aforementioned tests at your earliest convenience. Your prompt response will greatly assist us in diagnosing and resolving the issue effectively.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your reply.

    Dear @Nicolo,

    Upon a thorough examination of the issue you reported, we have observed that the additional spacing is present exclusively on the homepage and does not affect other pages. For your reference, please see the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/6e70qAkVI1GE. This indicates that there is specific custom CSS applied for paragraphs only to the homepage.

    Further analysis using the browser’s web-inspector tool revealed that this custom CSS is responsible for adding extra space to each paragraph across the homepage. You can view the details in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Z5sul_gF9hW-. We identified that the CSS code was incorrectly implemented for the following element of your homepage: https://prnt.sc/Gs-IL4LO7brJ. The issues include an unclosed bracket and a missing selector prefix.

    To correct this, the CSS should be modified as shown in this example: https://prnt.sc/NTQOuy7RJPFS. This adjustment will ensure that the styling targets only the intended widget and does not impact other elements.

    Should you require any further assistance or have additional queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @shopsangam,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have conducted a thorough review of the technical issues reported on your website and are pleased to provide you with the following updates and solutions:

    1. **Redirection Issue on Checkout:**
    We identified that the issue stemmed from an incorrect redirection occurring after the “Place Order” button was clicked. The expected URL structure should be:
    https://yourwebsite.com/checkout/order-received/7449/?key=wc_order_ttqBfvVrwIMzC
    However, the redirection was mistakenly pointing to:
    https://yourwebsite.com/order-received/7449/?key=wc_order_ttqBfvVrwIMzC

    To resolve this, we have implemented a code snippet in your child-theme’s “functions.php” file, which corrects the redirection to the appropriate checkout page:

    `add_filter(‘woocommerce_get_checkout_order_received_url’, function($url, $object) {
    $order_received_url = wc_get_endpoint_url(‘order-received/’.$object->get_id(), ”, wc_get_checkout_url());
    $order_received_url = add_query_arg(‘key’, $object->get_order_key(), $order_received_url);
    return $order_received_url;
    }, 10, 2);`

    The redirection now functions correctly, as evidenced by this screenshot: [Successful Redirection](https://prnt.sc/fttKdpO-Y0gQ). We invite you to test this solution at your earliest convenience.

    2. **Issue with Sales Booster Accessibility:**
    To address the difficulty in accessing the Sales Booster options, we applied a patch available under the XStore Control Panel -> Patcher, as shown here: [Patch Application](https://prnt.sc/s1jVf1MhST55). You should now be able to configure the options for your Sales Booster features effectively, as detailed in this screenshot: [Sales Booster Configuration](https://prnt.sc/GH3Dmz1DDNOR).

    **Recommendation:**
    It is advisable to activate the CDN only when your website is approximately 90% complete. Activating it prematurely may result in recent changes to files or content being cached and not displayed correctly.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to ensuring the smooth operation of your website.

    Dear @Mendel Birnbaum,

    We hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing your website’s configuration, we have observed that you are currently utilizing two page builders, Elementor and WPBakery. Both tools serve similar purposes in terms of building content for pages, posts, and products. To streamline your site’s performance and usability, we recommend discontinuing the use of WPBakery plugin. Elementor, in our experience, not only offers a more user-friendly interface but also includes additional features and is built on optimized code.

    Furthermore, since you are using the XStore Header constructed with Elementor, you can enhance its functionality by setting specific conditions for your header. Please follow the steps outlined in the guide below:

    1. Open the Header Builder: https://prnt.sc/A9cTgGt1h3by
    2. Add a new condition to exclude the ‘Coming Soon’ page: https://prnt.sc/vPkAimMv8GaO

    Additionally, as a CSS workaround (without using Yellow Pencil plugin), you may consider adding the following custom CSS in Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    1/ To hide header on specific page (https://prnt.sc/eNc3xOB7CqkY)

    .page-id-5139 .elementor-location-header {
        display: none;
    }

    2/ To hide footer on specific page

    .page-id-5139 .elementor-location-footer {
        display: none;
    }

    We trust these adjustments will enhance your website’s functionality and aesthetic appeal. Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @shopsangam,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully connected to your FTP using the access credentials you provided. Thank you for facilitating this connection.

    However, we have encountered an issue regarding the admin access. The credentials previously provided direct us only to the wp-admin login page, and we do not have the necessary username and password to proceed. Could you kindly provide us with the correct admin login details at your earliest convenience?

    Additionally, we have noticed an issue on your checkout page where the ‘Place Order’ button is missing which prevent us to see the broken payments page. You can view the issue here: https://prnt.sc/P5t4lhXQ0BDq. While it is possible that we might resolve this without admin access, having the full access would significantly streamline the process and ensure a more comprehensive resolution.

    We appreciate your prompt attention to these matters and look forward to your swift response so we can proceed with the necessary fixes.

    Dear @TheOne,

    We hope this message finds you well. Please follow the instructions below to implement a static section that will be displayed on all pages of your website:

    1. **Create a Static Block**: Begin by creating a static block containing the content you prefer, ensuring that dynamic tags are correctly set. For reference, please see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/k6BWQGAKQ1zs.

    2. **Copy the Shortcode**: Once the static block is created, copy its shortcode. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/HL9AAJfKdfRs.

    3. **Modify Child Theme Functions**: Open the “functions.php” file in your child theme directory.

    4. **Add Custom PHP Snippet**: Insert the following PHP snippet into your “functions.php” file. Please replace “6822” with your actual block ID:

    add_action("elementor/theme/after_do_header", function() {
           echo do_shortcode('[block id="6822"]');
       }, 100);

    5. **Review the Code**: Ensure that the code in your “functions.php” file is correctly implemented. For an example, please view this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/MqYN6ARONV-l.

    6. **Verify the Implementation**: After these steps, each page of your website will display the static block right below the header and above the main content. You can verify the implementation on different pages such as the About Us page (https://prnt.sc/uJzuzhIjB2mv) and the Contact Us page (https://prnt.sc/2jeOGdgwmzXy).

    Should you require any further assistance or if you prefer us to implement the example block on your website, please provide us with the correct FTP and wp-admin access credentials.

    Dear @Chie,

    We regret to inform you that we are unable to determine the cause of the error you reported. Upon review, we have noted the following:

    1. The website you provided is currently functioning normally.
    2. The WooCommerce log files do not show any fatal or critical errors in the recent days. You can view the log details here: https://prnt.sc/36BZGqYNl7Te

    Given these circumstances, we recommend that you contact your hosting provider to request access to their log files. Hosting providers typically maintain their own logs, which could provide further insights into what may be triggering the error and how it can be reproduced.

    Dear @IT-Spectrum,

    We hope this message finds you well. We are grateful for your decision to choose our theme and utilize its features. We are committed to implementing the improvements you have suggested. However, we require further details regarding the dynamic values for certain widgets, as their inclusion was not immediately clear to us.

    1. Could you please provide clarification on the example of the dynamic value used in the Circle Progress Bar? It is our understanding that this widget should only accept integer values. Consequently, we are curious about the dynamic arguments that return an integer value. For instance, please refer to this screenshot for context: https://prnt.sc/0Yb_WQFQIFsm.

    2. Regarding social links, could you provide a few examples of social links that can be derived from dynamic values? Here is an example for your reference: https://prnt.sc/dKz73rYIbtl6.

    We plan to incorporate dynamic parameters for the other mentioned widgets in the next theme update.

    Dear @veryvivid20,

    Upon reviewing your dashboard, we observed that you were previously utilizing an outdated version of the XStore theme. For reference, you can compare the old version at https://prnt.sc/J-ps2O5vJqlG with the new version at https://prnt.sc/u4jyzkHKJ6vq. This occurred because the ‘xstore-4’ template was set as the parent template for your child theme, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/GjwOdoJFKaCr, and the xstore-4 theme package, which is an older version, was installed.

    We have updated the template in your child theme to ‘xstore’, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/1doILPev1BuM. As a result, your theme is now fully upgraded to the latest version, complete with all the features that were previously unavailable to you.

    Moving forward, you have the capability to apply patches and immediate fixes directly to your website. For more information on how to use the XStore patcher, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/.

    Dear @Freelancer,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide you with information regarding the autoplay speed settings for the marquee widget. You have the option to adjust the speed to either increase or decrease according to your preference. For your reference, please see the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/tJUoOGcrJygU.

    Should you require an alternative solution, you may consider utilizing another widget named “Carousel Anything,” which also supports the autoplay feature. You can view this option here: https://prnt.sc/pdRpB4MTQICN. Additionally, an example of this widget implemented in a header is available for your review on our demo page: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/yoga-accessories/.

    Another possible solution is to incorporate a custom HTML widget with the following content:
    <marquee bgcolor="#CC9933" direction="up" behaviour="slide" class="align-center">This text will scroll from right to left</marquee>

    For more detailed information about the default Marquee HTML tag, please visit: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/marquee.

    Dear @Daniyal,

    We kindly request that you initiate separate topics for each of your questions on our forum. This approach will greatly assist other customers in locating solutions more efficiently should they encounter similar issues. However, let us continue addressing your current inquiries here.

    Regarding the delay experienced after clicking the “add to cart” button, this is primarily influenced by your server’s response time rather than our theme. We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to discuss potential improvements in server response.

    Concerning your suggestion about implementing an infinite loop on the Product Gallery, please submit this idea to our ‘Future Requests’ board (https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/). Once there, it can be voted on by our customers. Should your suggestion garner significant support, we will explore the feasibility of incorporating this feature. In the meantime, you may add the following PHP code to your child-theme/functions.php to enable an infinite loop on your slider:
    add_filter('etheme_product_gallery_loop', '__return_true');

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @Focu5,

    We recommend that you refer to Google’s instructions directly, as they include guidance that may be pertinent to your situation, including potential links to large image files. For instance, upon inspecting the homepage products at [this link](https://prnt.sc/eq3JclXWBveJ), it is evident that very large images are being loaded, whereas the required size is approximately 400×400 pixels.

    Further analysis of your Product widgets settings revealed that the ‘woocommerce_thumbnail’ size is currently selected, as shown [here](https://prnt.sc/K_fzjr7Ethwj). While this setting is generally appropriate, the dimensions used for these images are excessively large, as demonstrated [here](https://prnt.sc/szAt9cQMveNE). It is inefficient to load such large images for Product archives, and we advise reducing them to a minimum size of about 600 pixels to enhance loading times.

    Please remember to keep your image file sizes as small as possible without compromising on quality. This is a straightforward yet effective strategy to accelerate your store’s performance and increase conversion rates.

    Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @patrickjanko,

    Dear @Chie,

    Thank you for taking the time to report the errors you have encountered. We are currently reviewing the details you provided but require some additional information to fully understand the issues.

    Could you please clarify how these errors are occurring? Are they appearing randomly in your error log, or have you encountered them directly on your website? Additionally, it would be helpful to know if there have been any recent changes made to your server, as these could potentially be linked to the errors due to modifications in the code.

    If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a step-by-step guide, video, or screenshots demonstrating how to reproduce the errors. This information will be invaluable in assisting us to resolve the issues promptly.

    Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
