    Hello, @veryvivid20,

1/ To update the theme, please read and follow the instructions written in our theme documentation here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

    Dear @veryvivid20,

Upon reviewing your dashboard, we observed that you were previously utilizing an outdated version of the XStore theme. For reference, you can compare the old version at https://prnt.sc/J-ps2O5vJqlG with the new version at https://prnt.sc/u4jyzkHKJ6vq. This occurred because the ‘xstore-4’ template was set as the parent template for your child theme, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/GjwOdoJFKaCr, and the xstore-4 theme package, which is an older version, was installed.

We have updated the template in your child theme to ‘xstore’, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/1doILPev1BuM. As a result, your theme is now fully upgraded to the latest version, complete with all the features that were previously unavailable to you.

Moving forward, you have the capability to apply patches and immediate fixes directly to your website. For more information on how to use the XStore patcher, please visit: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/158-how-to-use-xstore-patcher.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
