Hi,

You used images with different proportions for the different products so, I would suggest you to edit product images and make them the right size before uploading them to WP media for the products. Then you can just disable crop option for the product grid and show images with proportions you uploaded.

Use translation files of the XStore core plugin. Follow the instructions https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ , use Loco Translate plugin and instead of translation core plugin to another language create the translation for your language and change the categories to anything you need.

When I access Theme Options, I get message Internal Server Error

The 500 error means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. Contact your hosting providers and ask to give you a server error log to check what is wrong. Provide us with that log and also temporary FTP access to your site.
