We just install our 3rd XStore site, and we’re getting HTML code across the header. We’ve replaced out the theme and the core, but that didn’t help. It looks like it’s “cookie consent” by the language.

    Hi,

Could you please send me some screenshots? I’ll be happy to provide you with a response once I have a better understanding of the situation.

    Hi,

Looks that GDPR Cookie Consent Banner plugin could be the reason of the problem. Once we disabled plugin problem disappeared.

I was thinking that too… but it may be back – this time on my cell when tested. See screen shot in private.

    The site is now public.

update: It’s WordFence related. I deactivated, and it went away. I completely uninstalled and then reinstalled WordFence, that didn’t help. We have WordFence on all of our other XStore sites…. as you know, we have to have WordFence.

    Hello,

I would recommend you to contact the support of the WordFence plugin.

So you know, this error is thrown with Chrome, not Firefox.

    Hi,

Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. Please keep in mind that our support only covers getting setup, theme features, and bug fixes.

As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Regards,
    Hung PD
