Thumbnail images are not cropped - by Izay

After I select to cut to the square format and use the thumbnail recreating plugin, the images are not square, even clearing the Wp and browser cache.

Hi,

You used images with different proportions for the different products so, I would suggest you to edit product images and make them the right size before uploading them to WP media for the products. Then you can just disable crop option for the product grid and show images with proportions you uploaded.
