Add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile section and Custom CSS for tablet section:

.top-bar, .header-type-17 .header-top .header-custom-block { display: none !important; }

You selected Products Type “New” in the Products element settings, but you should also mark products as new in the editor http://prntscr.com/bm51mb .
