    Hello,
we are using your royal theme and have a problem with hiding/showing secondary products in the cart.

They are not shown in the minicart (dropdown) and cart but in the checkout:

Could you give us a solution to hide/show secondary products?

Thank you very much and have a nice day
    Nicolas

    Hello,

if you configure a product with the configurator, it combines secondary products to a primary product. So if you configure a watch with the configurator it uses secondary products as the watch housing, watch hands etc. to get a new, single product that is in our case called “Deine individuelle Magellan” (see: http://prnt.sc/bjj5d8).
Our Problem is that these secondary products are shown in the mini cart widget and the checkout page (for example “CASE_36MM_GOLD”). For some reason this problem doesn’t occure on the cart page.
We would like to hide these products.

    Thank you for your help.

    Best wishes,
    Fabian

    Hello,

Are you using any 3rd-party plugin for this configuration?

    Regards,

    Hello,
thank you for your kind reply.
We have tried to find the function to hide these products.
But the theme is using a custom function to overwrite the default behavior. So only you are entitled to make this change. Could you please have a look? You would help us so much with that.

Best regards and have a nice day.

What configurator do you mean? Is it a plugin? How can we replicate the issue on our side?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

As I see you’re using the plugin “Visual Product Configurator”. We don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins.
You can order additional support via this form https://www.8theme.com/customization-services/ .

    Regards,

    Hello,

    thank you for your reply.
Unfortunatley we only get the answer that there is no capacity for additonal support at the moment. That’s why we posted the question here.
It is just about hiding the secondary products in the cart. Can’t you help us here?

    Best regards,
    Nico and Fabian

    Hello,

I’ve checked the site with Storefront theme (default Woocommerce theme) and 3 items are shown in cart widget too http://prntscr.com/bmxwp5.
Sorry, but we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
You can contact Woocommerce support or plugin authors regarding your query.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
