Hello,

Once again, great theme.

I’m back because last time I asked about translating my website but you suggested me to buy WPML so I did, so I manage to find how to translate manually but on the theme on the top I have that :

when I click on FR for exemple it does nothing.. so how to manage to create a connection between WPML with the theme like that when I click on “FR” the page in French comes etc..

Hello,

we have added ‘language selector’ widget to your ‘Left side top bar area’ in Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets.

That was shown only as an example that our theme is compatible with WPML plugin and you can create multilingual site.

Hello,

500 error is related to server configuration.
You have to contact your hosting provider support to check it. Perhaps memory_limit value should be increased.

On my website I have the “latest products” at the bottom page, when I click on a product it comes to the Home page without showing the product.

Hello,

it’s in French, it’s called “NOS DERNIERS PRODUITS” when I click on one of the 3 products it comes to the home page (ACCUEIL) without showing the product in details (photos, description…)

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
