    I have this message, when I set up one of the dummy content

    What should I do?

    Hello,

    Please provide FTP and wp-admin panel credentials.
    Also specify what template you’re trying to install.

    Ah thank you Eva, I can see the demo page already here.

    But, why it always appear this message when I try to change the theme variant7?

    And when I try to switch to any variant via customize menu, it change in customize but when I open the sites, it still the same. Nothing change.

    Also, Can I have the variant2 demo (julia) and Variant15 demo (Eva)?

    Hello,

    I’ve installed variant2 demo (julia) and Variant15 demo (Eva), but Essential Grid file for “Julia” can’t be imported, even with default WordPress theme.
    Did you install WordPress via control panel of your hosting provider?
    Such problem was present for another customer (you can read here https://www.8theme.com/topic/demo-content-not-import/ ).

    Try to reupload WordPress files manually via FTP.

    Hello Eva,

    I just update the wordpress by remove the wp-admin & wp-includes, and etc written on this instruction:
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress

    But it still doesn’t work, should I remove all of this by uninstalling from softaculous and upload the wordpress manually from FTP?

    Hello,

    We recommend you to install WordPress manually and then proceed with theme installation from scratch.
