    4 products per row can be shown only without sidebar, so I’ve removed it chosen the template “One column, without sidebar” in Page Attributes in the editor of “Essential Oils & Natural and 100% Pure Plant” page.

    The problem is in your child theme.
    When you activate a parent theme you’ll see there is only one button on the Cart page.
    Please check the changes you’ve made in woocommerce files of your child theme.

    but nothing has been changed.
