Please ask your host to increase upload_max_filesize and post_max_size functions at least to 50M. After that try to import slider archive and update portfolio project.

Hello,

Unfortunately WPML isn’t free. You have to buy it.
You can remove that languages adding empty Text widget into “Place in header top bar” area in Appearance > Widgets.

Hello,

1. In wp-admin panel go to Visual Composer > General Settings > Content types and select all content types (or if you use old VC version go to Settings > Visual Composer > General Settings). Then VC editor will appear in static blocks.

2. You can recreate footer as described in the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/9_footer but use your own widgets and write your content.

Hello,

1. Go to Theme Options > Products Page Layout > Hidden sidebar > set to “Off”.

2. To remove banner go to Theme Options > Shop > Product Page Banner and clear the content in the editor.
Don’t forget to click “Save”.

The files are reloaded each time for a new visitor on your site to have new captcha files for a new registration. If you don’t want it captcha can be removed from registration and contact forms.

Hello,

Please take our apologies but we can’t guarantee proper import of portfolio projects from other theme. You may try to convert them to pages and then import to our theme via Tools > Import in wp-admin panel. Other way is to recreate your projects with our Portfolio in wp-admin panel > Portfolio section.

As I see you entered email address as email@your_domain.com in Woocommerce > Settings > Email tab. You should check mail logs on a server with your host, so please contact them and ask them to investigate the issue. Also check if php mail is enabled for your site.

Hello,

If you want to have multilingual site you need use WPML plugin http://wpml.org/ . It’s fully compatible with the theme.
You can change background color for the hidden top panel area using this code in custom.css:

.top-panel { background-color: white !important; }

Hello,

To make photo smaller you can enable sidebar on Blog page, go to Pages > Blog > select Sidebar Position in the “Page Layout” box on the right side. Then go to Theme Options > Blog Layout > Sidebar Position > select the position of sidebar.
