Legenda Woocommerce Registration Email / User issues: see private content.
Hi I was able to solve the conflict with the customers relationship plugin, however, I still dont get any registration emails when registering through the woocommerce register box nor do i get email for “forgot password

As I see you entered email address as email@your_domain.com in Woocommerce > Settings > Email tab. You should check mail logs on a server with your host, so please contact them and ask them to investigate the issue. Also check if php mail is enabled for your site.

The regular register form works (wordpress) though, and I tried several different email accounts….I even tried reinstalling the theme…I have many other sites on the server but have never had a problem.
What else can I do to troubleshoot aside from checking if my server is enabled for php mailer?

For further investigation please ask your host to check mail logs if there are any errors or warning messages. Some notices should be written in logs why emails can’t be delivered.

by the way I even tried using wp smtp …but no luck

I checked with my host provider (Go Daddy) they confirmed that php mailer IS ENABLED.
Again, the regular wordpress registration form sends emails properly but not the woocommerce one. The “Forgot password” doesnt send passwords either..which is weird..
I even installed a completed clean install of the theme and still no luck. Tried to deactivate all the plugins too with no luck. The registration form and forgot password forms just dont work via the theme.
This is the host’s reply regarding mail logs
A review of the account shows that we cannot provide the logs. However, I have narrowed it down to two options. A) the code is incorrect on the application side. The other option is that the theme is using an incorrect relay service. If the code is trying to send via SMTP, you must us our relay server which is hosting-relay.secureserver.net. Other wise it must use mail() function so you will need the developer to verify the services.

I’ve checked this issue with default WordPress theme and it persists there too.
As both forms are configured by Woocommerce team you have to contact their support concerning this problem.
Please ask them to check register form with Twenty Fifteen theme.

I have the same problem. I do not receive new user registration emails from the custom (Legenda) registration form. I receive all other system emails and woocommerce emails.

Do you mean your customers don’t receive notification about account creation or you as an administrator don’t get emails regarding new users?
