Hi,

That is fine i have checked it. But when some one is send message from contact us form the title is written WORDPRESS & Email is written wordpress@domainname.com, i want to change it as its for client & i want to write there clients email id & his website title.

Hi,

Can you tell me what exactly i have to type the i mean the code is:

$headers = “From $email “. PHP_EOL;
$headers .= “Reply-To: $email”. PHP_EOL;

Whayt i have to type instead of this.

& is there any video link in which we can see how to make Shop page or you can guide us.

Hi,

Its Done, Thanks alot.

I have 1 more query. We have a provision to show the products by category but our client wants to show them as CATEGORY + TYPE and CONCERN as its a cosmetic product. How do we manage that ? ( Please see the attachment for better clarity in private content)

Would really appreciate if you could help us for the same as its an important element for us.

I’m facing 2 problems:

1. I want to remove the button “Show filter” in the product category page (Attachment: Problem 2) link in private content
2. In the shop page i want to remove the banner on top. (Attachment: Problem 3) link in private content

Hello,

1. Go to Theme Options > Products Page Layout > Hidden sidebar > set to “Off”.

2. To remove banner go to Theme Options > Shop > Product Page Banner and clear the content in the editor.
Don’t forget to click “Save”.

Hi,

Thank you its done.

I want to know that when i am registering to the website, it says that check your email but i am not getting any email as a customer also & neither i am getting the email to my company id that some 1 has registered on my website. Also i am able to login but no verification email comes to me.

Please let me know what should i do??

Do you use registration form via Register link or via Sign In link at the top?

There may be some problem on a server. You need check mail logs for your site. Please contact your host and ask them to investigate it.

HI,

But i m getting mail from contact from and also when i claim for forgetting a password from the website, it does send a mail to retrieve ( re-type my password) where e-mail is sent to re-type password. But only in this case i don’t get a mail to verify new user account. Also, before verification, i’m able to login to my account . Why would that happen ?

Hello,

For further investigation please ask your host to check mail logs if there are any errors or warning messages. Some notices should be written in logs why emails can’t be delivered.

ok i’ll talk to my service provider regarding the registration part. I also wanted to know that in single product page i want to add different tabs below the picture & remove review tab can u help me with this, & every product will have different tab.
