2. You need remove margin-top value that you set in element settings in Visual Composer editor:

The reason the button didn’t work was incorrect id, set for the text element. I changed it to the correct id and now it’s working properly.

We don’t do backups of the clients’ sites, it is responsibility of your hosting provider. Ask them to restore your site files and database.

Please pay attention to the description of the new theme version:
http://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976
The files were removed:
DELETED : royal/woocommerce/order/order-details.php
DELETED : royal/woocommerce/myaccount/my-orders.php

You must delete them in your wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce directory. After that check “My Account” page.

Concerning the plugins, you have to update some of them via FTP only, because you don’t have license keys as the plugins (such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and so on) are included in the theme and they can’t be updated automatically. Other way you have to purchase these plugins yourself and you’ll be able to update them via wp-admin panel. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.
