Can´t install demo content or select a theme version

Been trying for a while to populate my website with demo content and to select the SNOWBOARD theme versión, but when i do it the pages refresh and everything seems to be the same, no change.

can you help me to find out what’s happening?

I´t helped, I can now install demo content but it´s not installing correctly. The the versión only displays partially and not like in the demo.

Hello,

I’ve clicked “SlideShow-Auto” in the slider settings and resaved it. Please clear browser cache and check the site.

No, The issue continues. The theme version basic distribution is working. But The header, menú, color scheme and other details are not visible. I have tried with other theme versions and all of them have The same problem.

Please show us a screenshot of the issue.
As I see header is shown http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0907/h_1441643539_6367132_461f7005b5.png . Please clarify what you’re trying to achieve.

Yes the header is shown. But not as in the demo as you can see in the image in the link https://www.dropbox.com/s/c7iem66lnm5njem/8_Snowboard_Ecommerce.png?dl=0

So, the theme versión can be seen in some parts but others like the colors, the main menu and the logo (wich is not than important) are not showing as they should.
