I’m having trouble updating the theme. I followed the instructions but I’m not sure why it wont work.

Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content of this topic.
Also create a back up of your site files and database and we’ll start update process.

I can’t get the parallax version to function like the demo version. I imported the demo content but can’t set background images.

Hello,

I’ve installed Ultimate VC Addons plugin (which is required for the theme), but there is an error in the site:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes)”

You need ask your hosting provider to increase memory_limit value. After that set background image in the row settings http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0914/h_1442221513_1956602_cc782ea90b.png .
