Hello,
Related products are shown from similar product category, so create product category in Products > Categories and mark your products with that category.
To remove language and currency icons you need add empty Text widget in Appearance > Widgets > Left Side top bar area.
Footer can be edited in Static Block section. To enable Visual Composer editor for static block go to Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom > tick “static blocks”.
Your contact form is created with the plugin Contact Form 7, so edit it in the plugin settings.
I’ve set Reviews tab as the first tab so it’s opened by default when viewing a product and now link is working. Please check.
I’ve added this code in functions.php file in the theme directory:

You don’t need license to work with VC plugin as it’s already included in the theme.
Specify what issue you have with VC editor.

1. You can change social icons code in the file wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/shortcodes.php, find the section “! Share This Product” in line 1476.
To change icons color use this code in custom.css file:
.top-bar .languages-area .etheme-social-icons li a {
color: #6f6f6f;
}
Write your color value.
2. In this case edit the same file wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/shortcodes.php and change icon link in the code, for example, for Facebook, <a href="http://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u='.$permalink.'&images='.$image.'", replace http://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u='.$permalink.'&images='.$image.' with your Facebook link.
If you want to keep sharing option in products pages, but change links only in header and footer, then you have to search for some plugins where you’ll be able add your social account links.
We’ve notified developers regarding this issue and they will fix it in the next theme update. Meanwhile we recommend you to disable Ajax Add to Cart option.

Sorry for a delay.
If you want to change images sizes go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and change the settings. Then regenerate thumbnails. As for the hover feature it’s working fine: https://gyazo.com/0af897456e8a36a6583c95d99db8fcd9
