    Hello,

We don’t see site files in public_html folder. Please give us permissions to be able to view the files.

    Thank you.
    Best regards,

    Hello,

We see only these directories http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/0428/h_1461863089_6065229_84b3c564ea.jpeg . There is no “var” folder and we can’t enter upper directory.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Eva,

my apologies I give you the wrong access.
    The correct access is:

    File: /var/www/html
NOTE: Can you please also translate the string “YOU MAY BE INTERESTED IN…” to
    PODERÁ TAMBÉM ESTAR INTERESSADO EM…

Thanks a lot and one more time sorry.

    Hello,

As I see your translation file is empty in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/languages http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/16/0428/h_1461872203_4112521_3d4de935f9.jpeg .

Those phrases are present in default.po file. So translate it correctly https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/1_how_to_translate and name with your language prefix.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    hi,

I understand, but what is happening is that my pt_PT.mo in the folder: /var/www/html/wp-content/themes/royal/languages have almost all translations done, however my pt_PT.po is only with 1 or 2 translation done, so how can i generate a new pt_PT.po based on my pt_PT.mo to continue making some translations?

    Thanks.
