    Hi,

    please try the following:

    Visit [1]
    Click “Weiterlesen”
    -> Timeout
    Click on product image
This works, there’s a timeout when clicking on “Weiterlesen”, though.
    Why?

    Best regards

    Hello,

Try to disable the option Ajax “Add To Cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check the page after that.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi,

thanks. That’s not an option in this scenario. Why is that ajax path failing?

    Best regards

    Hello,

Timeout error may be related to your server configuration. Perhaps it’s lack of resources.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi,

mh. Since the product isn’t available, the button should lead to the same page as clicking the product does but instead some Ajax event is triggered. Should this really be happening?

    Please see for yourself.

    Best regards

    Hi,

thank you. Turning off ajax isn’t an option in this case. It was the reason to choose Legenda for this client and he is already testing the shop / knows the feature.

Would you be so kind and post a quick .php fix for this?

    Thank you!

    Best regards

    Hi Eva,

thanks a lot for taking care!

The site is supposed to go live on Tue/Wed next week. A quick-fix between updates would be great.

    Best regards
