The “Recently Viewed Products” feature displays a list of products that a customer has previously viewed while browsing your store. This functionality helps enhance the user experience by allowing customers to easily return to products they have shown interest in.
To enable and display the “Recently Viewed Products” section on your website, please follow these steps:
- Edit the page content
- Add the Products element (this can be either a grid or a products carousel)
- Select the Data Source as “Recently Viewed Products”
Please note that this feature uses browser cookies to track viewed products, so it may not display items if cookies are cleared or if the user is browsing in incognito/private mode.
