    Hello, @sk,

    I have just checked your site and debugged it deeply and found that the Menu item with which you are facing the issue, is not our theme item, It’s actually the WordPress core option. If you check your site by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, you will find the same option and same behavior on your site, you can try to test it.

    And then you have to contact WordPress support on it as this is a WordPress core issue, not our theme issue.

    Hope you can understand our limitations.

    1&2- In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    .etheme-sticky-cart .etheme_custom_add_to_cart.button.single_add_to_cart_button.pointer{background:red !important; border-radius:20px !important;}

    Note: In the above code the word “red” is the color you can change it with the color you want.

    3- No, there is no option in the theme to set the link of it. By default, it works like this and you cannot change it except through customization.

    If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    And also you did not provide me the permission to debug your site as well.

    So please take the complete backup of your site first and then share your site WP Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on-site Customziation as well, so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out accordingly.

    I have checked your issue and found the issue appears. The thing is on your site there are 61 plugins activated. There is a possibility that a third-party plugin conflicts with the AMP plugin and causes the issue. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site, and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well. So that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme to change that icon, but you can change it using Custom CSS.

    First of all, you will find all our theme icons here: https://xstore.8theme.com/xstore-icons/

    You have to use the below given CSS code under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and you can change the item code as per your requirements.

    Actually, Some demos use Dokan multi-vendor plugin and some use others that I listed in my previous message. But you can use the one you want.
    Basically, Multivendor means that your store will sell products and allow customers to create their own store on your site and sell their products on your site. You will take a commission on their sales based on the “percentage” this is the multivendor theme/store does.     The tabs are coming and handled by the WooCommerce like, Additional Tabs, Reviews tabs, and other tabs which are also coming from the multivendor plugins are not able to edit with Elementor unfortunately we don’t have any hands-on it. No theme will be responsible for it.

    Not sure about it. As we cannot suggest any third-party plugins to our customers because sometimes they conflict and cause unexpected issues on the site. You can use any third-party plugins which suit your requirements at your own risk.

    a) Yes to create more blocks, You have to go to the static blocks and click on add new then create new blocks as per your need.
    b) Yes, You have to create different layouts for different products.

    Exactly, You understood right? first, have to make the custom layouts and assign them with the respective banner of your choice.

    It depends, If you want to set different banners on all the products you have to create a custom layout for all the products. if you want to show different banners on just some of the products then a custom layout will need to make for some of the products.

    No, you cannot assign the layout and banner manually by editing each product. In the single product builder, there is an option for the condition of the layout to show it. In my last message, I shared an image with you of it check it again: https://postimg.cc/FYJg00rg

    2) To change the icon navigate to the Dashboard >> Static Blocks >> and then edit the block this: https://postimg.cc/njqbL08c from there you will be able to edit the icons and the text “grey” as per you need to change will appear on the site automatically.
