    Unfortunately no, there is no such possibility of the smart search with our theme, for now, so this requires extra Customziation which is not included in the theme support policy, If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    1. For making a border without a radius, please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and it will solve your issue.

    Unfortunately. Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. You can try with anyone that better meets your requirements but at your own risk.

    Hello, @Saira,

    1- In the widget, there is no option to set the specific column settings for mobile and desktop. So to solve this you have to use the custom CSS code.

    To set the CSS code first you have to know that the category will appear on multiple pages of your site. If you set the code using default category classes it will affect all the categories on your site. So, to set the code only for a specific section first set the “CSS ID” on the widget/element as I did: https://postimg.cc/vDLP3Vx2 I name the ID “Test” so that now I will use the default category class with this ID then my code will only work for this section. This is the default CSS class for the category “.category-grid” and I set the ID “Test” so with the ID and class the code will be like this.

    @media(max-width:768px){
    #Test .category-grid{width:50% !important;}}

    As you can see from the above code I set my ID with the category class just like this you can do it on your site.

    1- Your issue is resolved now kindly check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.     2- Actually, there are two sidebars available for the shop page you use the “Shop Filter” sidebar and there is another sidebar for the shop page which is “Shop sidebar” as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/yJfCSR1G both have different types of layout.

    The sidebar you are using will show the filter on top of the product on mobile and desktop but the sidebar “Shop Sidebar” will show the filter on the sidebar on desktop and mobile will have a button to open the sidebar of filters this is how it works.     3- There is a CSS added that is causing the issue check the image: https://postimg.cc/VJJChxvZ Please try to remove it from the theme options >> theme custom CSS >> global CSS and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Your issue will be resolved.

    Alright, Actually, there is no option in the theme like this. You can delete the data manually if you want or you can use any third-party plugin for this which suits your requirement at your own risk.

    Further, you can contact Woocommerce or WordPress Support to get advice on this. It totally independent of our theme.

    1- Thanks for sharing the details and elaborating on your issue.
    I have tested your issue on your site and found that other brands and search results for other products are working well. The issue is in the brand name “Boffalora” When I search it shows two products but if I check the brand page by selecting the brand from the brand filter it shows 4 products. Now, The two product that doesn’t appear in the search results of “Boffalora” are the:

    Now, Would you please try to delete these products completely and then try to add the product again manually, and select the different brand this time then check the results first if the products start to appear then edit the products again, and then set the brand to “Boffalora” then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache I hope your issue will be resolved.

    2- It is a cache issue nothing else try to contact your service provider to flush the server cache and then try to disable the cache plugin until your site is in development mode. I hope you will never face any issues again.

    Regarding the Footer, I have checked the static block of the footer and then I check your site, both appear same and there is no issue please watch this video: https://streamable.com/9wxqak and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    2- The register button and input field work same as the login works there is no issue I have checked your site on incognito mode please watch this video: https://streamable.com/1dupr9

    3- Actually, the siteground optimizer and the Combine JavaScript Files’ and ‘Defer Render-blocking JavaScript both are optimization option once they both enable at the same time both conflict and causes the issue so it is good to not use both at a time. You are using the siteground hosting but you can disable the siteground plugin and use the theme option so that you will never face any issues.

    I hope you understand.

    I have checked your site and find that the issue appears on your site with Non Logged in user, when logged in the quantity is working fine: https://postimg.cc/cvct59SN

    And most of the time, this occurs just because of the cache and I can also see you have a very strong cache on your site from your server and also from the plugins as well.

    So I suggest you to please first remove the site cache from the cache plugins and then deactivate them for a while and then flush the server cache and deactivate all sorts of server cache till you are in the development process and finally check back to your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue.

    And if not then please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the Cpanel login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Your issue has been solved please check back to your site on mobile now after removing the mobile browser cache, It was “SiteGround Optimizer” plugin, which was creating this issue on your site, I just deactivated that plugin and it solved the issue, Please check this video: https://www.veed.io/view/7189af37-153b-407f-b609-2eda2e74c5ee/showcase?sharingWidget=true
