Shows me array in products since last update

    Hello,

    Why am I getting the word ‘ARRAY’ in the GTIN box since the last theme update?

    This appears automatically every time I upload or update a product.

    Hello, @Ismael,

    Thanks for elaborating your issue with the help of screenshots. I have understood your issue. I check the same thing on our test site and here is the results of it: https://postimg.cc/SnL0LkNJ and https://postimg.cc/sBfLpWNN as you can see there is no issue with the theme it is working just fine.

    Now, Please if you added customization in the child theme then activate the parent theme and check back to your issue, if it still appear then try to disable all the third-party plugins then check back to your issue, I hope it will be resolved and If not then keep all the third party plugins disabled and share your site WP Admin URL and access in the below mentioned format at private content area of this topic:

    WP-admin URL:
    WP-admin username:
    WP-admin Password:

    So that I will check your issue and provide you with a proper solution.

    Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before following all the above steps.and allow us to debug your site and change/remove the plugins as well.

    Hello, it keeps happening.

    The problem is not when you include a GTIN, the problem is when the GTIN field is empty and you update or publish a product, which shows you the word ARRAY.

    Afterwards, if you remove the word ARRAY, and you update again, it appears fine.

    But of course, it’s a double work to have to delete it and publish twice.

    I indicate the access keys in the private area.

    From which country are you trying to access? Can you give me your IP address to see if it is blocked on the server? Thank you.

    I am trying to access it from Pakistan, and I do not have the static IP, so please allow Pakistani IP’s for a while.
