Not Loading properly on mobile -menu not clickable

HI ,
My website is a fresh install, I only have the theme on it.
It loads on the desktop but when it comes to mobile, it doesn’t load the products on the homepage and the menu button on the top right hand side is not clickable

Please share your site WP Admin URL and access in the private content area of this topic by following the below-given format

Hello, @JP,

Your issue has been solved please check back to your site on mobile now after removing the mobile browser cache, It was “SiteGround Optimizer” plugin, which was creating this issue on your site, I just deactivated that plugin and it solved the issue, Please check this video: https://www.veed.io/view/7189af37-153b-407f-b609-2eda2e74c5ee/showcase?sharingWidget=true

If you want to use that plugin then you have to contact the plugin Author to fix this issue on your site.

Hi ,
Thank you , yes it’s fixed 🙂
I have 1 more question , How can I properly edit the static blocks like the footer and the banner.
It’s doesn’t let me edit everything under this link
wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=staticblocks

For example , i need to change the header banner and properly edit the footer but it’s not clear.
I tried to search in the documentation but I couldn’t find it

Hello, @JP,

To edit the static blocks, first, make sure that you have enabled the post types from the Elementor settings like you to see in this image; https://postimg.cc/TK9GjdYX after that navigate to the Dashboard >> Static Blocks you will see that you are able to edit the blocks with Elementor.https://postimg.cc/PpLPFpPD
