    Hello, @Liya,

    1. First contact your hosting provider and ask to flush the server cache completely including the CDN and then turn it OFF till you are in the development process.

    2. Then you have to remove the site cache and plugin cache which you are using on your site.

    3. Finally check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Artur,

I am sorry but we are not responsible for any third-party Custom Code, and this is not necessary that if a third-party code works with any theme then it should have to work with our theme as well because all the themes have different coding standards and also different classes/functions and functionality as well.

Custom Code (Customization) is not included in the theme support policy and it is beyond our limitations.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Heather,

Single product builder allows adding 2 custom tabs. But if it’s not suitable for you and you want to use the third-party plugin you need additional customization to make our theme compatible with the plugin. In our documentation, you can check how to make the theme compatible with one of such plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/support-of-the-custom-product-tabs-for-woocommerce-yikes-inc/

    Hello, @loiscapirosi,

1- The content you see in this image: https://postimg.cc/wtwvL513 appear on products. To remove it you have to remove the “Full Description” widget from the Theme options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder check the image: https://postimg.cc/t1s0vFrs Now, regarding the price and quantity it works fine check the result here: https://postimg.cc/Tp1Z3V6C

Also, the changes I made in the product backend you see: https://postimg.cc/0zfmXw61 appear fine on the front end: https://postimg.cc/T5JY2rvR

2- I have created a new custom product I set the product price, feature image, and short description as you can see in the image it appears fine there is no issue: https://postimg.cc/f31xYhtV Here is the product URL as well: https://musclepro.com.co/index.php/product/support-testing-product/

    Hello, @DevYb,

1- I just clear the cache from the WP Rocket plugin settings and the issue resolved. Check the resulting image here: https://postimg.cc/qhPfnWwQ Check the Wishlist page link here: https://postimg.cc/QH62JBfH here is the option I click to clear the cache: https://postimg.cc/sQyHryTk

2- There must be a third-party plugin conflict issue Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

3- There is nothing like you said please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Here is the resulting image: https://postimg.cc/FdpvtTVx

    Hello, @TFS,

You can use the Tab element in the description tab of the single product page, and set it as per your requirements, please watch this video: https://www.veed.io/view/fbc7697a-5e1a-4ead-a45b-329c0a67c779?sharingWidget=true

OR you can create a block and add the element in it, and then choose that block to show on a single product page from “Product Options” https://postimg.cc/QKGcgS91

Other then that you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements but at your own risk.

    Hello, @Liya,

I have just logged in to your site and found that my provided code is working fine when logged in, here is the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/TybPG0Sy and the issue is there on your site without Logging in, so it is just the cache issue nothing else, I can see you have active cache plugins and also the activate server cache as well, so you have to first remove your site cache and plugins cache completely and then you have to remove the server cache including the CDN and turn them OFF till you are in the development process, and finally check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

    Hello, @Infin,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    AND

Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is because of our theme or not?

If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then it means, our theme does not responsible for those issues, and in that case, you have to contact WooCommerce support.

And if the issue will not persist with the default WordPress Theme, then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the Cpanel login access and WP admin login details to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.
