    Hello, @Patronela,

    Actually, that text is coming from XStore >> Theme Settings >> Header Builder >> Mobile Header >> Cart >> “Mini-Cart Promo Message”, so you can make that text bold and also change/remove it from there as well as per your requirements.

    Hello, @Salah,

    Actually, the issue you are facing on your site is not our theme issue but the third-party plugin compatibility issue, you are using on your site.

    So you have to contact that plugin Author for help.

    Otherwise, you can ask for paid Customization services, for making that plugin compatible with our theme.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Mina Adel,

    1. First of all, I can see you are using the old version of the theme 8.3.3 and the very latest version of the theme is 8.3.5, so please update your theme and the core plugin to the very latest version and check back.

    You can check the theme changelog here: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

    How to update the Theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

    If after that the issue will still persist then please try to check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not?

    2. I have just checked your site now and found the Contact Menu is there and working fine on your site in both versions (English and Arabic), here are the screenshots: https://postimg.cc/zbQ9n2p9 https://postimg.cc/CR4XvxmC so it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @NM,

    Try the following methods to get your issue resolved:

    Step-1: Please once check by deactivating all the third-party plugins and check back to your site after clearing the cache.

    Step-2: Now, again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

    Step-3: And if this also doesn’t solve your issue then please please remove all the customization if you added in the theme core files and then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache.

    At last, if the issue is still there then let the third-party plugins deactivated on your website and share your site’s WP-Admin Login details in the private content area of this topic & also provide the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization. So, I’ll further check it for you.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @LMcompany,

    Yes, you have to remove those variations from the Shop/Category Pages and it will align all of your products at the same height, you can turn it ON/OFF from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop Elements >> Variation Swatches and choose the “Swatch Position” as “Disable“, it will solve your issue.

    Hello, @Dewruwan95,

    By default, there is no such Option in our Theme or WooCommerce for it, but you can achieve it using the Custom Code, you can add the Code under the Child Theme functions.php file and it will work for you, I have tested that code too on my test site: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54875491/woocommerce-my-account-logout-and-redirect-to-homepage

    add_action('wp_logout','auto_redirect_after_logout');
    function auto_redirect_after_logout(){
      wp_redirect( home_url() );
      exit();
    }

    Hello, @Lasitha851,

    3. I have debugged your site deeply and found that you are using multiple third-party plugins, like CSS Origin, Yellow Pencil, etc, and also using Custom Code as well, also you have the server cache CDN and cache plugins as well, so my conclusion is, that hover color is coming from any third party plugin.

    Could you please once check by deactivating the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating that issue on your site?

    Hello, @Farhad,

    I have checked in WPBakery and Elementor there is no such Widget/Element available for the product bundle in order to use it you have to use a plugin.

    You can try with one of the below-listed plugins:

    Hello, @Martine,

    There is no specific option in the theme for the shop, single product, and payment page layouts to set. The option you set from the “General >> Layout” will work on the entire site.

    If you take that off the layout will be the one that you want for the pages and yes you can create different headers for the site pages you want.

    Here is the video to learn how to create multiple headers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpeXfzNwkOc&t=11s

    I hope it helps to solve your issue.

    You said (And is there a way to make these images fit in the shadowbox when this page is full width?)

    In my very first response, I already told you from where do you set the product image size read below.

    This was my message: “To set the product images size to navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Images and from you will be able to set the product images size check the image: https://postimg.cc/5XXFdcmH”

    Today you asked again the same thing and I checked your site and
    I set the settings in that option and you can see the results in this video: https://streamable.com/p5miys

    Hope this helps.

    Hello, @Infin,

    You can download woocommerce.min.js by this link https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/cR4s8E and re-upload it via FTP into themes/xstore/js/modules folder.

    The fix will be included in the next theme update also.

    Hello, @TFS,

    3. Yes you can change the word as well but for that, you have to change it in the theme language files using translation, you can use the Loco translate plugin for it, please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    Hello, @mohamed aly,

    It depends on where you want to show that: in the single product sidebar, below the Related products, on the home page. Depending on this you can use either the Products widget https://prnt.sc/218avjf or the Products element and choose Recently viewed https://prnt.sc/218cein

    To add a new block of products, for example, Recently viewed, create a static block, add Products element > select the desired Products type, then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product builder > add custom HTML element into the content of page and select your static block.

    Hello, @Lasitha851,

    Actually, it is a sub-menu with a mega menu. Our theme has the option to set the mega menu content using static block. I mean you can create a block and add the content in it using the page builder plugin as per your need. Once you created a block you can set that block on a menu item as a sub-item of it. By doing this you can make it.

    Check this article for a better reference: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/ and here is a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f07MBdnFPfk&t=3s

    Hello, @mohamed aly,

    Actually, our theme supports two types of product pages.

    1 (a). Pre-build/Default layout:

    If you are using this Pre-build/Default layout, Simply go to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Woocommerce(Shop) >> Single product page >> Related products and there you can see the Display Related Products option and choose Disable. See the Screenshot for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/3kgg41pV

    1 (b).Custom layout Single Product Builder:

    If you are using the Custom layout Single Product Builder then go to Dashboard >Theme Settings > WooCommerce > Single Product Builder > and there in the section Delete the Related product element. See the image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/jWgsdV8X

    2. Actually, our theme supports two types of product pages.

    1. Pre-build in this you can enable/disable some options
    2. Custom layout in this you are able to create the layout and set the content as per your need.

    Here is the detailed video on both points so you can check and understand better. Video Link: https://streamable.com/5j6ysy

    Also here is the detailed documentation on these layouts: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/single-product-page/

    Hello, @Anas,

    Actually, there is a CSS code added in the theme options that are causing the issue. Check the image: https://postimg.cc/62L15mvf I disable it. And then I added a custom CSS code in the theme options to set the simple drop-down menu as you need. see image: https://postimg.cc/XZgznPFc

    Now, All you have to do is if you want to add another simple sub-menu on your site just add a class on the main nav menu of the sub-menu items see image: https://postimg.cc/FYbvwNrT by adding this class this menu will appear like this: https://postimg.cc/kVky838d

    Hello, @TylerB93,

    Actually, the issue is that you have enabled the “Single product page builder” option from the Theme options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder see image: https://postimg.cc/JDFVWgVY

    But you didn’t set up the page. you just leave it empty that’s why the empty page appears on the site I just disable it and now your issue is resolved. check the resulting image here: https://postimg.cc/9RRTM596

    There is no plugin that causes the issue all of your plugins are still activated and the issue was resolved. Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello, @Martine,

    Yes, You can disable the full-width layout for the single product page by navigating to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product builder >> Layout, and from there disable the full-width option check the image: https://postimg.cc/DWFyRqn9

    For the checkout page, there is no option in the theme to set the layout for this specific page it comes from WooCommerce and in this, there is no such feature like this as well.
