Unable to active XStore Core Plugin in WordPress

    I purchase the theme today, and when i follow the instruction to install the plugin Xstore core, it shows fatal error
    It shows this error

    Fatal error: Declaration of Kirki_Extended::add_field($config_id, $args) must be compatible with Kirki\Compatibility\Kirki::add_field($config_id, $args = []) in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/addons/etheme-lazy/kirki-extended.php on line 36

    Sorry Sir, Now WordPress does not allow us to direct create an account for others, only able to directly use the person’s email to send an invitation to it.

    And I did not have Cpanel, I direct purchased the plan from WordPress, so the hosting is at WordPress not the cpanel

    Hello,

    About the fatal error, try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem (it seems to conflict with our Core).
