Shipping javascrip- based google MAP is not working -XSTORE

Hi,
I have a plugin for a shipping company in the country where the online store is running,

there are two options for selecting the shipping parcel machine for the customer, one from a list and the second from a map. The one from the list is working fine.
The interactive map based on javascript is not working with Xstore, it just popup a blank page, but it works fine when the default WC theme – Storefront, is activated on my site.

Hello, @Salah,

Actually, the issue you are facing on your site is not our theme issue but the third-party plugin compatibility issue, you are using on your site.

So you have to contact that plugin Author for help.

Otherwise, you can ask for paid Customization services, for making that plugin compatible with our theme.

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.

hi,
If the plugin works perfectly fine with the storefront theme, then it’s not the plugin issue to solve. Applying the Xstore theme causes this problem! so I think it’s the theme developer support manner.

So if your support just trying to collect extra fees for such a small issue then I am happy to tell you that I am sorry for buying a theme form 8theme, next time just better to stay with AVADA.

Sorry, but we do not give a guarantee (as other themes too) for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
We do not provide paid customization services. You can post the request about compatibility with a particular plugin here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , and our dev team will read it. If it takes votes from other customers, our dev team will add it in one of the next updates.

Hi,
I am still not happy with your reply. From my point of view, it’s not considered as customization, i am not asking for special feature by theme. All the functions of this plugin is working fine except the map part with xstore, so it’s theme related issue.

And the point is that your are judging even before having a look from the backend.

It’s working fine now because i installed a plugin which provide a templates for the check out page, and override the theme one- that’s why it’s working -. And i am not happy with this solution because i am trying to avoid using external plugin as much as i can. But you left me no options with your helpful support !

Sorry, but as was mentioned, theme can’t be compatible with all existing 3rd party plugins, from start. Only after request from our customers – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , our dev team can do moves to add compatibility.
