    Hello, @George,

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Unfortunately no, you have to completely reset the WordPress and start on a fresh new WordPress. Because it will duplicate the content on your site and the database will have some unexpected issues as well, so to avoid future unexpected issues, you have to sacrifice for now.

Please first simply navigate to the Dashboard >> Products >> Category >> Edit a category then add the image in it like this: https://postimg.cc/YL2wKFk5 after that check back to your issue by clearing the browser cache.

    1- In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    2- To solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Thanks for the access. I have checked your issue and found that the demo is not imported successfully on your site, and causes unexpected issues on the complete site.

    Now, You are using the latest version of the theme and its core plugin but also, there are a lot of third-party plugins installed and activated on your site. In order to avoid any unexpected issues and import the desired demo you want, first please reset your complete site then activate the theme and it’s necessary plugins only then try to import the demo and you will never face any issues. Importing demos multiple times on the same site will cause these kinds of issues. I hope it makes sense to you. If you want us to import the demo to your site. Please allow us to debug your site and reset it, all the existing content will be lost and the demo content will be uploaded successfully on your site after that you can start working on your site as per your need.

    Now, the point is how do we overcome your issue? The thing is once we import the default demo content of the theme it is already optimized so the user doesn’t need to maintain the site speed. But when a customer starts building the site and changes the demo content with his/her content, if the content the user upload on the site is not optimized and the customer uses multiple third-party plugins on their site it affects the site speed, and the user needs to optimize the speed of the site again.

    To optimize the site speed user can do it manually, It takes a lot of effort and customization but on WordPress, there are many plugins available for this. So if you check my previous reply I told you about the WP Rocket plugin “Check here the documentation to learn how the plugin works with our theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/” it helps to optimize the site speed. Also, I shared an article on it for a better reference to understand how you can use it with our theme to solve your site speed issue.

    When we use a multipurpose theme try to avoid using third-party plugins as much as possible, remove all the unnecessary and draft pages, plugins, products, posts, etc from the site using a CDN, with a lightspeed server, and a cache plugin all these techniques will help you to optimize the site speed on mobile and desktop.

    Actually, It looks like you imported the demo with the one-page builder and tried to edit with another page builder which destroyed your site, and we do not recommend using multiple page builders on the same site at the same time as this caused unexpected issues.

    So please reset your WordPress and start from scratch. Please install only a 1-page builder whether “WP Bakery or Elementor” and then import the demo with it. I am sure you will not face this issue anymore. But if yes then please reset the WP completely and let me know I will import the demo for you on your site.

    1- We just added a new feature so that our customers have more than 1 option to use on their site. Obviously it helps customers to secure payment without any distraction. If you like the way it works you can use it. It will not harm your site.

    2- In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    3- Navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout >> from there you can change the color. See the image: Under Private Content Area

    4- No, this option will only enable the animation on the checkout page like when you move to the next step from the checkout page or back to the checkout page.

    5- It’s based on choice. The idea is to show only the footer new or the basic one that’s all. If you need to show other content on the cart and checkout page in the footer then you can use this option but if not then you can show the default footer on these pages as well as simply.

    6- Sorry to say, that there is no option if you enable the header builder from there it will work like this and you cannot change it from the theme settings. Changes require customization. Second, If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    Hello, @George,

    2- The thing is there must be a cache issue because the code I added in the theme settings doesn’t appear on front, and the code is right because the same code when I added it in the browser inspect tool it works like a charm.     In this video, you will see that the code is added but it not works because of the cache. When the server cache got strong the site will load from the cache, Also, I can see that you are using the cache/optimizer plugins as well.

    So please first disable the plugins and contact your service provider to flush the server cache completely and disable the cache system until your site is in development mode. I hope your issue will be resolved.

    1- Regarding the menu issue the thing is you are using the “Ubermenu” plugin I disable this plugin and the menu started to appear fine as you can see in the video. I attached the video in point number 2.

    There is no stock showing on your site as you can see an image in the private content area: simply navigate to the XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Add to cart & Quantity >> at the bottom enable the stock option see the image in the private content area, then check back to your issue after cleaning the browser cache.
