    Hello!

I’ve purchased with friend a xstore theme for our shop. Theme is super cool but we have small issues with caching i think. We’ve tried every settings for speed optimization in your theme customize, ajax, cache, menu cache, every set. When we installing W3 Total Cache the server response is about 10-15s. After this we’ve tried every “caching” plugin and nothing has changed. We deactivate animations, delete content, compress photos and nothing has change again with speed. Can you give us tips or something to do with this speed? Our server is the best which we can buy.

    Specifications of server:
    – 8xCore
    – 16gb RAM
    – 150gb disk

We are using CDN Cloudflare too and this is not helping.

If you can show me how should i set page optimization in your theme or something like that…
    Thanks for answer

    Hello, @Sebastian,

I have checked your site on GTMatrix and here is the result: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/wetheaven.pl/ov1tOekG/

You can see the Most Important part is “Server Response Time”: https://ibb.co/JHDjq0V You have to check this with your hosting provider as well.

Please read this article first – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website

About “Reduce initial server response time”, contact your hosting provider, because it is server-side.

Read these posts about DOM https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1412-avoid-an-excessive-dom-size https://isotropic.co/avoid-an-excessive-dom-size-on-your-wordpress-website/

Edit your page and Product elements and enable Lazy loading for the Product elements. It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header.

You have to check our theme Speed Optimization as well under XStore >> Theme Settings.

Check here the documentation to learn how the plugin works with our theme: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/128-how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore

And try to contact your hosting provider and solve all those issues and it will surely speed up your site.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

We did all these things…nothing is changing. We checked server stats and we using only 1core (we have 8) so it’s not a problem with server. CDN is not helping, caching is not helping. Problem probably is in your theme. Can you help us more? If not, tell us then we gonna write for refund because we need fast site…

Oh we deleted all sections too and resposne is 3-4 sec. It’s like a joke guys.

    Hello, @Sebastian,

First of all, Please check your site speed score: https://postimg.cc/VdvtfbHW

Now, the point is how do we overcome your issue? The thing is once we import the default demo content of the theme it is already optimized so the user doesn’t need to maintain the site speed. But when a customer starts building the site and changes the demo content with his/her content, if the content the user upload on the site is not optimized and the customer uses multiple third-party plugins on their site it affects the site speed, and the user needs to optimize the speed of the site again.

To optimize the site speed user can do it manually, It takes a lot of effort and customization but on WordPress, there are many plugins available for this. So if you check my previous reply I told you about the WP Rocket plugin “Check here the documentation to learn how the plugin works with our theme: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/128-how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore” it helps to optimize the site speed. Also, I shared an article on it for a better reference to understand how you can use it with our theme to solve your site speed issue.

When we use a multipurpose theme try to avoid using third-party plugins as much as possible, remove all the unnecessary and draft pages, plugins, products, posts, etc from the site using a CDN, with a lightspeed server, and a cache plugin all these techniques will help you to optimize the site speed on mobile and desktop.

    Hi again!

We’ve tried everything on xstore theme, we bought new server, we were using your tips but nothing has changed and we made a decision to request for a refund, how we can do it?
If we have clear site, xstore still responsing 3-4 sec, it’s a joke…

We need to start shop in few days and we can’t use slow theme like xstore because it will be a dropshipping shop. Maybe next time we gonna use your theme but not now.

Thanks for response and tell me how we can take a refund…

    Regards
