Live copy on elementor is not working properly

Hi

The live copy element is not working here -> https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/icon-box-element/

Just try and copy an element – it comes up with undefined error pop-up.

Can you please check and advise? Thanks

Or we can manually add an element on your site as an example. Please provide URL of page from your site, temporary wp-admin access and a screenshot of the desired demo element.

Hi

Thanks for this – however the popup doesn’t load the contact form like on your demo – which is exactly what I wanted.

Please see private info, if you’re able to help me to get it to popup the exact same form as used in the demo…

Hi

I’ve noticed you did something on my site with the block – thanks; although no reply here advising what?

However it still doesn’t load the form. If you can please set it so it loads the form then I’ll be able to backwards work out how it’s done for future.

I’m also having a problem with live paste. Sometimes it comes up with undefined error pop-up and i can’t paste the copy content into the subpage? The paste function is non clickable.

There is XStore studio, which allows the import of content/sections from different demo versions, for example, edit a page using Elementor > click on Studio icon https://prnt.sc/_XOR1df6e3Ic > find the desired block https://prnt.sc/AuzbGwhdZMSg and import it https://prnt.sc/zKzFQqH8QuFZ > then edit content depends on your needs.
