    Hello, @IP,

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, @Anas,

    I see, Sorry for the confusion, Well I have tested it at my end on my test site and it is working perfectly fine for me, so the issue must be on your site only.

    Hello, @TFS,

    First of all, You have to know from where the tabs are enabled/disabled on the single product page.

    Navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Tabs see the image: https://postimg.cc/Btcrz9JQ

    The “Additional Information” tab will only show if the product has weight, dimensions or attributes (with “Visible on the product page” checked). It is the default WooCommerce tab.

    For the “Single product custom tab” as I told you to enable/disable the tabs make sure that the custom tab is enabled from there I hope then it will appear on the product page.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @IP,

    First of all, you have to create a block in the Dashboard >> Static block and set the content in it as you need. After that navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> and add the custom HTML widget in it then choose the block you created see the image: https://postimg.cc/ZBDTBG0S then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello, @IP,

    Unfortunately no, you can not show the brands instead of the categories on the home page and if you want to remove the categories only on the home page then please try with the below-given CSS code.

    .home .product-details .products-page-cats {
        display: none !important;
    }

    Hello, @potter91,

    You enabled the sidebar for that page, that’s why you see the default search widget that displays in the main default sidebar. Edit that page and disable the sidebar in the 8theme page settings > Sidebar position > Without. If you want to change the content of the default sidebar go to Appearance > Widgets > the Main sidebar > add an empty text widget to remove the default content of the sidebar or add any other widget that you would like to show there.

    Hello, @Anas,

    Your provided WP Admin Login details are not correct/working, and also please let me know which plugin are you using for the “Frequently Bought Together”. Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like “Twenty Twenty Three” just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? and let me know the result.

    Hello, @oscardc,

    1. You have to delete the breadcrumbs element from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder: https://ibb.co/Th7z3QD

    2. Unfortunately No, this is not possible as there is no such option in our theme for this, so this requires extra Customization.

    You can post your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team read it. If it takes votes from other customers, our dev team will try to add it in one of the next updates.
