    Hello, @xyz,

    There is some issue with your theme options, its not publishing, it seems to be the third-party plugin confliction issue, please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem. After that reset the Fonts from Theme Settings >> Typography and publish it.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Please go to WP-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Accounts & Privacy and check the yes option: “Allow customers to create an account during checkout” save changes and check back to your site after removing the browser cache: https://postimg.cc/7bt0FgS2

    You have to go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Catalog Mode and set the options from there as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/CR0hmxmQ

    Hello, @mena,

    There is no shortcode to add a product to the wishlist. Because the wishlist appears from two ways.

    1- Using a plugin “YITH Woccommerce Wishlist”

    2- From the theme settings >> WooCommerce (Shop) >> Buit in wishlist >> Turn On. See the image for a better reference here: https://ibb.co/x8XtLFm

    If you use a plugin the option to add to the wishlist will auto-appear on the products.

    If you use the theme feature, do not need to use a plugin. for this, the icon will appear automatically on the site.

    Hello, @Bas Kling,

    Actually that was not the specific CSS code, but the general one, and that is the reason it applies on the complete site popup, If you want to set the CSS for any specific popup then you have to set/choose the specific Custom CSS for it.

    Hope this makes sense, If you are unable to then please share the screenshot and URL of that popup so that I will provide you the Custom CSS fix for it specifically.

    Hello, @LambdaSP,

    1- There is a CSS code added on your site see the image: https://postimg.cc/9DyDMrSZ this is causing the issue. You have to remove this CSS code in order to solve your issue.

    2- It is because the images are not the same size. See the image here: https://postimg.cc/0zC9FmFW and https://postimg.cc/YGrR8cgD please try to add the same size images and then check back to your issue. I hope it will be resolved.

    3- In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    .et-mobile-panel .et-content_toggle .et-content .menu-main-container li{direction: ltr !important;}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    1- These are the shortcodes you can use on any new page ;[xstore_compare_page] and [xstore_wishlist_page]

    2- Simply navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> Header Builder >> All Department Menu there you will see all the available options the theme has. see the image: https://postimg.cc/MMqKX5R8 set the settings as per your need. If there is something else you need and not available in the option then you have to make it using custom CSS/customization code.

    Further, in order to set the all department menu on the site navigate to the XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> Header Builder >> there you can set the “All Department” widget in the header and configure it as per your need.     1- You created a “ul” and then all the content you set in 1 “ul” and “li” see the image: https://postimg.cc/RNb414rh that is why it appears like this. In order to set the “ul” in two columns you have to set the inner column with 2 columns and set the 2 “UL” like I showed you in the video: https://streamable.com/rjmw27

    2- I have checked your site and found no issue, the mega menu is not closed immediately. It works fine here is the resulting video: https://streamable.com/4mgld6 for a better reference.

    Now, In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    .et-quick-view-wrapper .et_attribute-name:after{color:#EE1250 !important;}
    .et-quick-view-wrapper .product p.wc-gzd-additional-info a{color:#EE1250 !important;}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

I can see that you are not using the latest version of the theme on your site. Please update the theme and its core plugin “XSTORE CORE” to the latest version then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache. You can follow this article to update the theme successfully on your site: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

    And if the issue will still persist then please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then.     Hello, @IP,

    Once you removed the sidebar and set the sections on the page and add the widgets in it. As I showed you in this image: https://postimg.cc/B8r8zMFq –it is a widget the same as this you can add a widget and set the static block in it. In the static block, you can add the content you want text, images, video just as per your need. Then the content you added in the block will appear there and below you have the sections full width of the content you want tabs, etc.

    Thanks for the URL. I have checked and confirmed that the stars appear blank there is a rating set on the product that is why they appear like this, once a product has the rating, it will appear on the “#d40000” color because you set this color for the review stars from yellow.

    Further, there is no settings to hide the review until the product doesn’t have any review. Changes require customization and we cannot cover customization issues in our support policy. If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    To use the font locally, The best option is to try to use the theme option. First, you need the file of the font you want, You can upload a custom font in Theme Options > Custom Font https://postimg.cc/DmBndzYF –then you’ll be able to choose it from the drop-down for the elements in Typography.

    Yes, that is because you made a mistake, Please Login to your WP and then delete the XStore Core plugin, after that, you have to update the theme first to the very latest version and then after that Install the XStore Core plugin again and I am sure it will solve your issue, Otherwise please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me, in the private content area of this topic, as listed below, so that I will check it for you on your site and help you out.

    And please note that, always first update the theme and then update the core plugin to avoid this kind of issues in future again.

    Your issue has been solved please check back to your site now after removing the browser cache, The issue was because you had updated the XStore Core plugin to the very latest version but did not update the Theme, I updated the Theme to the very latest version and it resolved the issue.

    Always make sure to first update the Theme and then Plugin to avoid this inconvenience.
