    Hello, @Techgaon,

    Please go to WP-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Accounts & Privacy and check the yes option: “Allow customers to create an account during checkout” save changes and check back to your site after removing the browser cache: https://postimg.cc/7bt0FgS2

    You have to go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Catalog Mode and set the options from there as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/CR0hmxmQ

    Previously I have enabled Allow customers to create an account during checkout then it was not sending account creation welcome email to cx. Only order confirmation email sent to cx. If cx is creating account at the time of checkout we will need to send two emails. One for thanking that you have created account another one for order confirmation. Please fix this.

    Hello, @Techgaon,

    Actually, It has to work like this as you said. But if not. Then could you please try to check the issue with the default WordPress theme like twenty-twenty-three? just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If you will face the same issue with the default theme then you should contact the plugin author “WooCommerce” but if not, please share your site access in the below-given format in the private content area and allow us to change/remove the plugin and debug your site as well.

    Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first.

    I have checked all the details.

    Issue is with your theme not with the plugin. You can also check with other users website. Please fix this in new update.

    But still, the issue is with your theme. It seems that no one has used the theme in a proper way or has not reported it to you.

    I have updated the above setting and then tried to check on another web browser opened URL https://silvermaharaja.com/ and scrolled the page to NEW ITEMS tab – check image https://postimg.cc/mhYqBdPv. After Clicked on the cart below H2O check image – https://postimg.cc/PPttjv5M. It is showing prices without login.

    Please fix this issue.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the detailed reply.
    1/ Do you use our Built-in Email Builder? Try to disable it and check then.
    2/ Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Please provide temporary wp-admin access.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    Please check details also let me know how to stop spam emails coming from wordpress@xstore.8theme.com. when site is under construction mode not getting emails but when make site live getting lot of spam emails.     Hello,

    1/ We found that you have enabled Email builder -> https://prnt.sc/Ao18FVpmGRr3 which may cause those issues you asked about ‘If cx is creating account at the time of checkout we will need to send two emails’ – so, please, disable that switcher and recheck from your side. Also if the issue is still there, check how it works with the default StoreFront woocommerce theme.

    Also, you can use antispam plugin, for example – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-contact-form-7-spam-blocker/

    2/ About Catalog Mode, improvement for products elements will be added in the next theme update, or provide FTP access.
    If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
