    Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve the desired result with the available elements of Elementor. The website you provided is not built on XStore or Elementor widgets, so the only possible way is to use the shape divider.     You can customize it according to your needs. Additionally, you can try to use any third-party plugin that better meets your requirements, but you do so at your own risk.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    We can also see that you have activated CDN from your server on your site. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to flush the CDN completely and then turn it off while you are in the development process. For a better reference, please see the attached image. https://postimg.cc/r0cY29cL

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to further investigate and assist you accordingly.

    The product images have been rendered by WooCommerce, so you will need to go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > Main Image width > set 800, Cropped (1:1) and regenerate thumbnails using the plugin. After that, please clear your browser cache and check back to your site.

    To create new product pages, please navigate to XStore > Theme options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single product builder. For a better reference, please see the attached image: https://postimg.cc/hJNm4hLg

    The Custom Layout Single Product Builder applied on all the products globally on your site and you can use/create multiple layouts and assign them to different products using Multiple Templates as per your requirements.

    You must turn on the Single Product Builder under XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder > Layout and set/build the layout according to your requirements. Please refer to the image provided here: https://ibb.co/gPnmbV3 , this will apply globally on all the products on your site.

    For applying that template to an individual product or category, please click on “Multiple Templates” and create or assign the condition to apply that template to the particular category or product: https://postimg.cc/47S2rsv9

    Hello, @Chris0483,

    We understand that you have implemented the “Active Product Filter” widget in your shop sidebar, which displays only active filters. Additionally, we understand that you have used multiple filter widgets in the same sidebar.

    Your main concern is why when you select the color filter it shows in the active filter, but after selecting the product category it disappears. This is the default behavior, as the product categories are not coming from the filter widget, but rather from a separate widget called “product categories”. The other filters are coming from the filter widget, so as soon as you click on the product category, it will take you to that page and all other filters will be cleared. On that particular category page, you will be able to use the other filters.

    We have successfully implemented multiple filters on the shop page, as evidenced by the screenshot provided below:

    1. Please navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Header Overlap and Transparent and turn OFF the “header overlap” option. For reference, please see the screenshot provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/2bT3sytG. We are confident that this will resolve your issue.

    2. Please copy and paste the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache to view the changes.

    3. The issue is related to the header overlap, and if you turn it off, it should also resolve the issue with your “KONTAKTAI” page.

    Thank you for your inquiry. We would like to explain that the single product image and the zoom image are two different elements. Unfortunately, our theme does not have the option to set the background of the single product main and zoom image as transparent. However, you can try using the following custom CSS code:

    .zoom-on .main-images a.zoom, .zoom-on .main-images img.zoomImg {
        background: transparent !important;
    }

    Please note that this code will only work for the zoom images, not for the main images behind the zoom image. This is because the main image is over the page background, so it is adapting the page background color, which is not transparent. If you change the page background color to transparent, it will also apply to the main image.

    We hope this clarifies the matter. Further changes may require extra customization.

    We have determined that the issue you are experiencing is due to the CartFlows plugin, which is a third-party plugin and is not included in our list of compatible third-party plugins.

    We cannot guarantee full theme compatibility with all existing third-party plugins. In some cases, additional customization may be required to ensure compatibility between the theme and plugin. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to make the theme compatible with all existing plugins, and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
