Using Corporate template and have added some filters to Appearance->Widgets->Shop sidebar area but not showing neither in shop nor category sections. Also have added a filter to Single product page sidebar but no luck!
Created variation products for testing purpose

Plus there’s an infinite loading icon on footer section which sometimes breaks the html starting from join our newsletter and footer itself

    Hello @Mel,

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and provide assistance accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    Best Regards,

    Hello Mel,

We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please clear your browser cache and check your site again. We have changed the Shop page layout from without Sidebar Layout to Sidebar Layout from XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout, which has resolved the issue. Please refer to the screenshot provided here: https://postimg.cc/xNSsT5pV

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
