CBD theme new product pages issues……

Hi,

I am trying to create new product pages and I can see when I do the formatting and look of the demo is completely gone as editing is needed in elemementor.

How can i create new product pages with the same formatting and look as the demo?

Hello @Damien,

To create new product pages, please navigate to XStore > Theme options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single product builder. For a better reference, please see the attached image: https://postimg.cc/hJNm4hLg

The Custom Layout Single Product Builder applied on all the products globally on your site and you can use/create multiple layouts and assign them to different products using Multiple Templates as per your requirements.

You must turn on the Single Product Builder under XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder > Layout and set/build the layout according to your requirements. Please refer to the image provided here: https://ibb.co/gPnmbV3 , this will apply globally on all the products on your site.

For applying that template to an individual product or category, please click on “Multiple Templates” and create or assign the condition to apply that template to the particular category or product: https://postimg.cc/47S2rsv9

Like this: https://ibb.co/D9ysV8f you can apply that template to the particular category of the product and then all the products of that particular category will work on the same layout

You are showing me just templates and how to edit. I dont want to edit the template this is fine

I want to make new product pages. I need to add my products in.

How do I do that?

Please read this article from WooCommerce plugin first – https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/

Product us with URLs from your site and describe your request in more detail, please.

If the site is under maintenance mode, provide temporary wp-admin access also. To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

See login credentials in private

You will see when a new product page is created it wont look like the demo in the elementor area.

I’ve created “test” product on your site, and entered description manually without using Elementor – https://prnt.sc/grJ2aaFlCfn9 and here is the result – https://prnt.sc/NV3NV4r2RTX9 It is the correct behavior.

We prefer Elementor editor to create content, so it was used.

so for add new products i dont need to go into elementor?

Just add products to the page as normal?

Yes, Dashboard > Products > Add new.
If you decide to edit the description of product using Elementor, just click here – https://prnt.sc/mx54KLefljff
This is for new products, but products that were imported, should be edited using Elementor – https://prnt.sc/4LIIJF54j-v5 In another case, the demo description won’t be changed.
