    Hello @Hoang Phong,

If you are able to see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end.

We recommend clearing the site and browser cache and checking back, or trying to view the site on a different computer with a fresh browser. If the issue persists, please take a complete backup of your site first.

If you could provide us with your website WP-ADMIN login details in the private area, we would be happy to investigate further.

    Hello, @logicnet,

    1. In our theme, under XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Product Style, there is an option for the format of the price on variable products called “Show Only Min Price On Variable Products”. Please refer to the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/Hcc72hS9. Additionally, you may use any third party plugin which better meets your requirements, but please note that this is done at your own risk.

    2. Editing the price element in a single product builder is working as expected for me. Please refer to the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/hJggDyQP

We kindly ask that you ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of the Theme and Core plugin. If not, please update and check back again. If you are using the latest version, please try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of your browser, and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Hello, @Jay545452,

We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is recommended that you run the import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/.

This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Please reset the installation and provide us with temporary valid/working WP-admin access in the private content area of this topic. We will then help you with the import, and let us know which demo you would like to import and with which page builder (Elementor or WP Bakery).

The WP-admin login details you provided are not valid/correct.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @海绵宝宝,

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have conducted an inspection of your site and have identified Mixed Content errors in the browser console. This mixed content or SSL issue is caused by having a secure connection that does not load the website’s style sheet.

We suggest that you try to change the website link from HTTP to HTTPS.

To do this, open your site’s WP Admin Dashboard and navigate to Settings > General and change the WordPress website URL from http://yourwebiste.com to https://yourwebiste.com.

Alternatively, you can install and use the Really Simple SSL plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/.

We also noticed that you are using a CDN. Could you please temporarily disable Cloudflare CDN and check back to your site? Please refer to the image provided for reference: https://postimg.cc/wy1nfsmw.

We hope this resolves the issue.

    Hello IvanMTK,

We have noticed that you are using an outdated version of the Theme and plugins. We recommend that you update the Theme and plugins, including the Core plugin, WooCommerce, and Elementor, to the latest version. After doing so, please clear the cache and check if the issue persists. If it does, we suggest deleting the specific products and recreating them manually on your site and re-add those products again on the page with the same element.

How to update the Theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

If the issue still persists, we recommend disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site first.
