    You are correct in that if you set the Size Guide to a single product by editing it, then you must also set the size guide widget in the single product builder in order for it to be displayed. This is the current functionality.

    2. Thank you for your inquiry. The widget is designed to automatically select the minimum and maximum prices based on the prices of the products on your site. This is the default functionality of the widget and no manual adjustments are necessary.

    2. In regards to SEO, we recommend that you use the Yoast SEO plugin, which is fully compatible with our theme. We suggest that you consult with your SEO specialist to review its options and functionality.

    1. We have not conducted an official test of the Elementor header plugin with our theme, so we cannot provide any advice on its use. If you wish to try it, you may do so at your own risk.

    We suggest you use our default header builder, which allows you to build a separate header for mobile as per your needs.     We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    2. A, Please navigate to Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel and select “On”. Then, go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar and add a default Price filter to check how it works.

    We recommend that you contact your developer to check the code of your child theme customization, as this may be causing the issue on your site.

    Alternatively, you can download the child theme you are currently using from Cpanel >> wp-content >> themes, delete it, and create a new one, which should resolve the issue.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to check the custom code for you, as this is not included in the theme support policy and is beyond our limitations.

This will help to improve your site speed.

    We suggest that you contact your hosting provider to get more information about the issue you are experiencing. They should be able to provide guidance and explain what is causing the problem. It is likely that you have reached a server limit.

    If you are receiving a 500 error in the Customizer, we recommend that you contact your hosting support to increase the SubstituteMaxLineLength. This limit is usually the cause of the 500 error in the Customizer.

    Hello, @Fenyxweb,

    The thumbnail cropping section in the customizer allows store owners to select one of three cropping ratio settings for images in the catalog:

    1:1 (Square scropping)

    Custom (Store owner can enter a custom aspect ratio)

    Uncropped (Preserve single image aspect ratio)

    The actual image dimensions are then calculated based on the cropping option selected and the image width. There is no option to change/set the height of the image separately, however, you can choose the Custom option and set the ratio as per your requirements.
