    We apologize for the delay due to the time difference. Regarding your issue, are you using any plugins for the checkout or payment on your site? If so, please try turning off the Advanced Checkout Layout under XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout and try again.

    Alternatively, We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    We also request that you provide us with URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

    The Advanced WordPress Reset plugin is designed to reset your WordPress site to its default settings and delete all the content and data that you have added to the site. Therefore, if you use this plugin, you will lose all the files, content, and data that you have added to your site, including the products that you have added.

    We recommend that you take a full backup of your site first, then export your products from your site, reset your WordPress, and import the new demo. After that, import your products again to your site.

    1. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As we previously mentioned, the button can only be placed in the desired location with the Single Product Builder. However, since you are not using the Single Product Builder on your site, it is not possible to do so with the default layouts.

    If the changes are visible in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end. We recommend clearing the site and browser cache and checking back, or trying to view the site on a different computer with a fresh browser.
